I continue to send yall email in regards yo my payment issue and yall continue to ignore all , very horrible customer service

I am currently enrolled at Ashworth College in the Diesel Mechanics program. I am 52 years old and have a previous Automotive career diploma from Penn Foster, Ashworth's parent company. Let me tell you that if you want to earn more money without thousands of dollars of debt like traditional schools and not be overburdened with getting to a classroom, THIS IS THE PLACE! It is well worth the money and there are employers who will accept it! I know! I have worked for 4 to 5 years now in the industry and my skills are many. This is a great school for the self motivated. If you are not self motivated and want to spend more money, then this is not the school for you!

I paid these ppl over $3000 for a high school diploma back in 2010 and I recently requested a copy of my high school diploma to be mailed out. They told me they will mail it out to my address on file. Well it’s 2022 and I no longer live at that address and requested they send it to my new address and they told me they already sent it to the address on file. I asked them why would you send it to a address without verifying if it’s still valid or not and on top of that you sent something as important as that to a bad address that has my personal information on it.
They still haven’t responded or sent me anything to my correct address.

This company is very very unprofessional and good luck if you need anything from them in the future. They won’t help you with that.

It's fine until you need something or have a problem. Save your money. I wish I did. I spent over $2K and have nothing to show for it, but aggravation and disappointment. PLEASE listen to the bad reviews. Go somewhere else and spend a little bit more per credit. Your sanity and academic integrity are worth it.

I have 2 Bachelor's Degree from Ashworth College. The Customer Service is super amazing. Once you keep up your work load and you make extra payment on your fees u will be great. I took advantage of the discounts that is offered to pay off in full. Sometimes it 40% off. I highly recommend it. I wanted to do my masters however they no longer offer masters degree. However I am very happy I attended.

My experience was awesome at Ashworth College and strongly recommend. I see so many complaints/ excuses from people on why their experience was not pleasant and believe that if you stay on course and complete your work you should not have any problems, I did not. The customer service is excellent and it's so affordable. Trust me , this school is great. If you are serious about acquiring a degree or a career diploma this is the place

I love Ashworth College. I received my Medical Billing and Coding certificate in January of 2022. Now i'm enrolled again, this time for a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. The online classes are easy to navigate and understand. I've had to ask teachers questions a couple times and they have answered within 1 day. I think alot of people enroll here and expect faculty to hold their hands. That is not what online scool is about. Its about doing things at your own pace and if you have the drive you will succeed. I have had no problems so far and would definately recommend Ashworth to anyone.

Horrific customer service. Absolutely no student support when trying actually have someone help you navigate their online courses. Was told to "adult up" by faculty when I needed help accessing required courses. I am 60 years old and I do not appreciate being talked as if I am a child. Save your money and find a school with integrity.

I studied with Ashworth college over 3 years for a Veterinary technician associates degree. You pay for 3 semesters, and get the fourth free. I felt I was on my own the entire course, they only care about the money. As soon as I was a month from my next semester they were hounding me to pay for a course extension. During semester three I started to struggle with the course, as I wasn't getting hands on training in the industry. At this point I had paid for my 3 semesters. I never received a phone call or email to check if I needed support.
During my first semester I was accused of plagiarism. I was totally devastated, and literally shut down for days. About a week later they emailed to say they had confused me with another student, even though I put my full name, course title, and student number on every submission. So unprofessional.
I only went with this college because Penn Foster wouldn't take overseas students.
Do not waste time and money. You are just a pay cheque to them.

Okay so here is my horrible experience with this Ashworth online college, I decided to enroll in for medical billing and coding in August 2021’ I have been busy working 2 jobs so haven’t had time to get any courses done. So then I did some research and decided medical billing and coding is not for me so I call 10+ times this college they are all rude to me hang up on me and very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable as a student here and mind you I am paid in full!! And have no started any courses yet!. I told them I would like to transfer to another program or I want a full refund of my $849 back if they can not switch my program, they told me I can not switch programs even tho I have NOT’ started any of the courses yet, so I said I want a full refund they told me we can cancel your account but you will not get a refund so this college is keeping all my money for no reason so I do not recommend this online college save your time energy and hard earned money or this college will just take your money without a care in the world I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with Ashworth college never again will I waste my time or money on this joke of a college. It’s not worth it look else where for a great college because this college Ashworth is not it. It’s 2022’ Ashworth get it together. I will be contacting corporate of this college and speaking to the head Dean or owner of this college I’m that serious will be taking this into legal matters also as needed, your not keeping my money for no reason u will return it to me it’s mine and belongs to me it’s not your money I want it back. I have been fighting with them about this since Now 2022’. And it’s so not far and it’s so Not cool!. 👎🏽 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 No stars for this college.

I received my Graphic Design diploma in 2020 and am now looking at a Bachelors in Business Administration/Marketing.

While enrolled in the Graphic Design program, I had a lot of family and work interruptions and did have to pay for two extensions. I anticipated this additional expense because I read and re-read their financial policy multiple times for a full understanding BEFORE I ENROLLED. The policy clearly said you have X amount of time to complete the course with the option of X extensions if needed. When you enroll, you choose your payment. If you choose a $900 course with $100/monthly payments and finish the program in 3 months, you aren't absolved of the $600 balance, you signed a financial agreement and owe the balance. If you drop out, you still have a financial obligation, unless you withdraw early enough to qualify for a refund.

I did find information online that differed from the course work but was smart enough to know that I needed to give them the answer they wanted on the exam but make a mental note for real-world application.

If I can omly give zero star I will. The same problem as other students. When ever you have question about your class no one responded. They have horrible and very rude customer service also. I called and I told them that I need to cancel my class because it was total waste of time. They didnt cancel they're still taking money from my bank. When I told my bank to stop the payment for them they reported me to collection. They want me to pay $700 more for one book. BEWARE OF THIS SCHOOL THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!

The beginning of the program went smoothly but when you're close to graduating, it's completely different. HORRIBLE customer service. Sometimes assignments are graded late and questions have taken weeks to be answered. All of which can leave you having to pay a hefty fee for a semester extension. It makes one wonder if that's their goal or if they're really just that incompetent. Dealing with this school has left me feeling hopeless and extremely frustrated. Please research this school well before enrolling.

I read where a lot of people say negative things about this School which they are entitled to but for me (1) In 2010 I enrolled in the AAS Degree in Criminal Justice and Graduate then enrolled in the BS Degree in Criminal Justice and Never Had A Problem With Ashworth College and Graduate.During this time I was a State of Maryland Employee and having my Degree from Ashworth was Accepted by the State.

I signed up for ashworth collage and I quit.. and refuse to pay ! Why ? They claim to follow their agreement but when you ask for help, the mentors won't explain anything and just tell you to move on. How am I supposed to move on if I don't understand it. Isn't this the reason why we contact them for help. They are Tudors are not? This collage is a scam and if they can't follow up on their agreement and I guess it's broken. Update how am I going talk to an advisor if I quit your school ? How about removing that bill you sent before I contact BBB

I did James Madison high school. However had to go somewhere else to get my high school diploma. Did not work out very well. Call tonight to try to see what I need to do to maybe get a plumbing license and I haven’t got for far at all….. and it says it’s possible however I want to do whatever it takes but I’m skeptical????

Frankly I never imagine i would have become one of the many victimes of this so call system. Last year I enrolled in the Graphic Design Program which was supposed to be a pay as you go process, unfortunately it wasn't the case. I had a problem while taking my Quizzes, I wrote the education center, i had no answer from nobody. And the course stopped automatically, then 8 months later Ashworth College end-up reporting on my credit. So Friends be careful and beware of this Ashworth College, their scam system is really Bad

I absolutely love this school, it is affordable, excellent customer service and the material/instruction was excellent.

I first completed an Associate of Science, later completed a Bachelor of Science. I cannot tell you enough how much my education at Ashworth College has helped me with my career. I am now making more money thanks to my degree and have so many more options. I strongly recommend this school.
