Excellent Customer Service
I apologise for the length of this review but Asia Car Service need to be congratulated on their Customer Service. Our transfer from Osaka to Kobe to get a cruise ship went every smoothly. I didn't know until on the cruise ship that I had left my mobile phone in the van. The Customer Service on the Azamara Pursuit contacted the Hilton Hotel in Osaka to see if it had been found. The Hilton Hotel in turn contacted Asia Car Service. Asia Car Service were very helpful and organised to have my phone delivered free of charge to the Hyatt Regency in Tokyo where we were staying after our cruise . The phone was there when we arrived.
Asia Car Service continued communicating with us until we had received the phone. Their service was very much appreciated.

Our driver, Tim, was very friendly and informative. We really enjoyed our 9-hour trip from Taipei to Jiufen and some seaside parks in his Luxgen EV.

From Haneda Airport To Our Hotel Then Cruise Pier Back to Haneda Airport
We had transport from Haneda Airport to our hotel, the Conrad Tokyo, then from the cruise pier back to the Haneda Airport. Both our drivers were very polite and excellent drivers, although our first driver had back problems and we loaded our luggage into the car ourselves. I sincerely appreciate that you were in touch before the pick-up and provided a phone number in case we needed to contact the driver. Both drivers were right on time and easy to find. I highly recommend Asia Car Service.
