Perfect Service!
Out driver, Katsura, provided excellent service. Prompt response to all questions. Very patient with us as we found our hotel information. The drive was very smooth with absolutely no issues. He also handled our luggage carefully and was extremely kind and polite. I so, so appreciate the perfect introduction to my first time in Japan.
Booking the trip beforehand was also very easy. The cost felt very fair. It took around 20 minutes to book and I had a confirmation very soon after.

The easy bit, picked up on time, dropped off safely. What made it differnet to the rest - oustanding driver who was very professional, polite, informative, helpful and drove with consideration. Great value, and the vehicle was spotless and well presented. Booking process very easy and they give great communiaction about pick up time, driver name etc so booking through pick up through to drop off was seamless and easy.

My experiences with Asia Car services from beginning to end has been absolutely exceptional.
The consultant, Winter has been very prompt on her replies and the driver, Ricky has been most helpful from pick up to crossing immigration and return ride.
My trips entailed pickup from HK airport to Shenzhen border and back to HK.
