Excellent customer service, personally text me over the weekend to ask about a substitution. Really quick delivery and a massive amount of choice. Only complaint was that coconut milk tins were dented. Brilliantly packed , felt like Christmas/birthday .

While I appreciated the price and availability of the products I ordered, I was disappointed in the fact that by the time I received said items, I had one week to use them before they expired. The merchandise was short dated.

ou are normally very good in your delivery system. this time was a major fail. a broken glass of bagoong balayan stank my whole flat.

All goods were fine and delivered promptly. What was outstanding was the care with which every item had been packed - brilliant!

Very good. Contacted me regarding some items that were out of stock and offered alternatives. Very polite. Delivery came sooner than I was expecting and very well packed. Would order from these guys again.

1, Food out of date still sale to customers.
2, There don't have the food that I ordered and not refund full price, I contacted them and no reply, very disappointed it

Placed an order for approx £70 of product which was delivered today. I got home from work very excited about what goodies I was going to have for my dinner. Excitement did not last long. I immediately had to bin of £40 worth of products. Products that were ordered frozen. Products that state "keep frozen" on the packaging. Products that should have been shipped frozen. Products that arrived as a complete mushy melted mess!!

The entire delivery (frozen and non-perishables) was shipped in the same pack, a normal, non-insulated cardboard box. No ice, no cool packs, nothing but bubble-wrap to keep the items.... cold? never mind frozen!

I had hoped that there would have been a cool-pack or two shipped with the food, and at a minimum I was expecting at least a polystyrene box that would have shown at least some attempt to keep things insulated.... but even that was too much to hope for!

First and last time ordering from this company. Absolutely ridiculous! But I'm sure they're happy, they got their money. I just got mushy, wet crap!

Shameful that they think frozen food can be shipped with no supplementary cooling needs or basic insulation, especially when shipping with dpd via 48 hour delivery.

Very fast shipping, they were also very quick with communicating with me when one of the items I ordered was not in stock and asked if I wanted to replace/cancel the item. I ordered snacks for my partner’s birthday and he really enjoy them!

This was an online purchase made from Australia for family in the UK.
The range of Malaysian products is great but the communication and delivery is why we come back to this company.
