I am writing again to respond to the seller’s claimed (re previous feedback) that they have responded to my email yesterday. I have not received any email response from you yesterday. The only email I received today 2hrs after I left my negative feedback on trust pilot, was a notification of refund. Not even a word to say why I have not been responded earlier than expected. Don’t push your negligence to your customer. If I haven’t put my feedback on here, my query may still be ignored forever. I did not even mention of asking for refund I was only querying. Sort your customer service out.

Delivery was prompt but I have ordered 2x now and they don't update their website so just because you offered something doesn't mean you will get it. Instead you will get a call to pick another product of the same value or confirm a refund.
