Good service, products always arrive early and well packed. Also, received phone calls when things become out of stock with options for alternative brands/products or refund.
Only complaint is that many products seem to be constantly out of stock (perhaps it's more to do with the supplies but would still be nice to be able to order particular items).

Issue dealt with after part 1 of review.
Some small items of my order were out of stock and not in the box. Was noted refund. Still not recieved refund after nearly two weeks. Overall the delivery service was good with the products packed well.
Followed up and refund provided.

My order was delivered on time, delivered with care (packed it very well). This seller is so great. I am always so happy every time I ordering.

Easy to order.
Package wrapped well.
Only issue was at time of ordering 3 of my items were out of date and so only informed me after placed order and money taken. They gave options for alternatives.
They communicated well but not about the refund. So I had to chase this. This meant it wasn’t a smooth transaction. However to give them credit they were swift in their action.
Therefore I will be shopping again.
