The 'Date of experience' listed below is 24.04.23 but my delivery arrived today, 11.05.23. I understand that AOS had supply issues, but they need to be better at maintaining communication with customers who are otherwise left in the dark.

They were very honest about the sauces we had but they did forward 1 bottle on to us and gave us a refund on the other bottles which was great

I’m currently on a quest to ditch Amazon. Was very impressed with the prices, even after paying postage’s I saved quick a bit compared to Amazon, was well packed and really quick delivery. Definitely using again

Packing team - Things may be out of stock even you can place the orders. Would suggest to let customer know which stocks not available before send as delivery chg not cheap. If most of order is out of stock, better let customers decide to cancel the order.
Customer service - response is quick after raised stock issues. They can action quickly and much appreciated.

Verrrryyy good packed and arrived on time

Packaging and swift delivery is highly recommended. However, one, stocks of best sellers always run out. Two, if they sent the wrong item, it will still be the customer’s problem as they don’t just send you your original order and/or missing items. Hopefully in the future, as the shipping fee already costs a lot, that AOS will triple check items purchased before sending off and/or have the initiative to send the missing item/s as they should have.

Love this store for everything filipino, they have large stock and majority of the things I'm looking for that are difficult to get in asian stores in Glasgow, everything is shipped same day of order and delivered the next day, all glass items are securely packaged. Couldn't recommend them enough
