The store is good
The store is good. The delivery is quick, the packing is really good. The only thing is the delivery charge. They must sell 1000's of items every day, why can't they just add the odd 2p to the item cost. I'm sure it would attract more people to buy off them. Please introduce free shipping. I would definitely visit the store more, and buy more.

Out of date items
The items I ordered were delivered on time. That is the only thing I would say was good. The items I ordered were not all there plus the items was not in date. Then trying to get a refund was hard & had to go though PayPal to resolve this matter….. I will not be using this firm again & I would highly recommend that you consider in doing the same.

I am satisfied i received all the goods i ordered except for the delay of delivery. I don't know how long the courier stocked or kept the items that need refrigeration. The items already have foul odour.

2-Kain Na Frozen Horseradish Leaves (Malunggay) 227g (RECEIVED ONLY ONE BUT IT WAS MELTED, LEAKING AND HAD A BAD SMELL; HAD TO DISPOSED IT AWAY)
1-Chang Mung Beans Whole (Munggo/Monggo) 400g (RECEIVED)
2-Aroy-D Coconut Milk 400ml (RECEIVED)
1-Nishiki Rice Musenmai (Medium Grain) 2.5kg (NOT RECEIVED)
2-Datu Puti Value Pack (Soy Sauce 1L and Vinegar 1L) (RECEIVED)
3-Kain na Frozen Pepper Leaves (Dahon ng Sili) 227g (RECEIVED ONLY TWO BUT IT WAS MELTED, LEAKING AND HAD A BAD SMELL; HAD TO DISPOSED IT AWAY)
I emailed and called to complain but no response at all. No notice of the missing item at all but STILL I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I always have such a good experience ordering from Asian Grocery. There's always a huge range, and the delivery is speedy. I tend to shop here when I have big events at work that need something specific and they've always been there for me. Highly recommend them and will be returning in future for sure.
