Thanks for the speedy shipping, I always find the best price on the products I am looking for with Weedipedia. ordered was at my door in 3 days.

Weedipedia's customer service is always great. You get responses and resolutions to any issues that may come up. Their products so far have also been great. The glass piece I just got is fantastic.

The only downside is that they'll show UPS shipping on their website for products that they don't ship UPS. This is unfortunate because they'll ship it USPS instead. This causes two issues, as 1) the UPS shipping is usually a little more expensive, so if you don't complain, you're paying extra for a worse shipping experience and 2) it sets an expectation for buyers that they can't deliver on. USPS is terrible, but it's even worse when we're given an illusory option of having something better.

Other than that, great company and great products.

Only thing I hated was the sending of my order in separate shipments. Complicates all. Still have not received all my merchandise!

Some I had to sign for. Some not. Some left some not. Had to go prove I lived where I do at USPS.

Just throw all orders in 1 trackabke box.

Still missing the sumo pipe!

All good in the end. Just hope I don't get charged if it gets sent back and has to be re sent.

Genuinely, the people running this are phenomenal. I had issues with a device and they sent me a new one no problem. They're very kind and quick to fix any issues you've got and I've just gotta appreciate that.
