Not enough smoke
Did not have a great first time using. I need more usage to properly review. It did taste great but didn’t feel I was getting enough smoke on the exhaling.

I waited weeks for it to arrive
I waited weeks for it to arrive, had to contact support to get it shipped after more than a week had passed without movement on the order.
When it finally did arrive it was not the piece I had ordered nor the right color.

I purchased a GPen Elite which I am very pleased with. However, additional paid for items were not delivered. Tracking number was provided and a label was made. No further action was made for the paid items apparently lost. Customer service failed to investigate the matter and replace my order. Then I requested a refund of the items. Their customer service representative asked for a return of all after usage. Don't bother.
