Is this store even open anymore. I've bought jeans from here and they were great. Now there's no respect they have my money

Big big scammers.I ordered a sol de Janeiro set for my daughter Christmas 2024 and it never arrived.They kept saying it was delivered but it wasn't.They said I signed for it and I asked them to send me proof of my signature but they couldn't as I didn't even sign for anything. I asked for a refund numerous of times and they said with alot of bargaining they would refund me $25 but the set I ordered was €40 but I said sure better than nothing. Well I am still waiting on the refund,it's now April 2025 and they keep saying the refund was issued etc but still nothing on my side.They said at one stage that there must be an issue with my bank that I am not receiving it.They are a joke,never order anything off this website.Someone is obviously cleaning up with people's hard earned money. Very angry

I ordered item never received they sent me a tracking info that never moved locations and then said it was delivered no response about refunding my money it's been almost 2 months they said they delivered item not true I was home all day and have cameras in front yard that also cover my neighbors this company is a scam none of there phones work so u can never talk to anyone

I placed an order with Asoph on January 1,2025. After inquiring where my order was days and days later, they gave me a tracking number and asked that I be patient. In tracking my order, it seemed to start in China and once in the US, it was going everywhere. It finally said it was delivered to Plymouth period, no address. I have no clue where Plymouth even is. I kept contacting them and never got an answer as to where my package went. 17track was noted as the shipper. It's a scam! On February 9th my credit card was fraudulently used 3 times in one day. I suggest NEVER ordering from the company. I've learned my lesson.

DO NOT ORDER on that fake website. I ordered one month plus ago.
Still waiting on that order.
First it come from China, so it takes like 20 days based on their tracking number.
I contacted them, no answer.

Loved the trendy clothing options. Never experienced an issue with not receiving an item or receiving the incorrect item.

Drawback: you have to pay to ship returns, which is costly.

I stopped shopping Asoph, as mysteriously I would end up with fraudulent charges on whatever credit card I used after placing an order. No issues with fraud charges after I stopped shopping with them.

Love the styles , most of my clothes I've order was a perfect fit , I'm always looking for something new and cute

I love this clothing company,they have the one piece you may need to top off that special day,there clothes are curvy girl friendly and I get a lot of people asking where I shop

I ❤️ all my shirts, & 3 dresses, that I bought off here. I dnt like there Long dresses &pants, colored jeans, there are to long there are not made 4 short people.However the last order I bought 2 summer dresses,1 long, 1 long skirt, I long summer dress & pants there were 2 long, I'm am short 5"1, All ASOPH long dresses, Dress Pants, Colored Jeans, Long shirts are not made 4 short ppl. All there jump Suites are 4 tall women. I will only order there shirts, & short dresses, I have sent a lot of stuff back, They do not pay 4 shipping back @ all. You have to pay 4 shipping. The shirts, Jumpsuit, short dresses, that I bought are very good quality, other than that I'm very satisfied with all my stuff!!!!!!

Asoph is one of my favorite store! They always carry trendy and cute styles for plus size women.
I recently got a tulle crop top from Asoph and I got so many compliments from friends. It was a def a statement piece.
I would recommend Asoph for all my plus size gals!

I ordered a pant set online: Tropical Crop Top with matching pants. The item I received is NOT the same color as what is pictured on the website. I also used the size chart and ordered a size 3X, what I received is equivalent to a size 14/16 US. The item is a Final Sale item, so I cannot even exchange it. Do Not order from this website, you are essentially handing money to a company that is shipping out substandard garments, probably made in a sweat shop by people who are being paid pennies on the dollar.

I’ve ordered before loved my items..Well I placed another order to change a size before the items was shipped…I was thinking it’s gonna ship before they see my email wrong they said no worries they will manual change the size and send me updated ship date…

14 dollars to return 2 items back from NJ to CA..never again!

I placed an order and had to return the items. Wish I would have seen the previous post about the return shipping cost and the unable to contact. I sent the item back and have not heard or received an email. Very frustrating. The clothing was nice it just did not fit.

They have some really cute stuff and and I like it,my only drawback was I got something that was too big and when I returned it it cost me Almost $18 in shipping costs Which is about half of what I've actually paid for the item, so even though I like them, I don't think I will order from them again. I do about 99.9% of my shopping online and this is very expensive for a return so I think I'll just stick with shein And everyone else who provides return Shipping free or at a reasonable cost.

I placed an order and have been unable to reach customer service. Every time I call, I have to leave a message. I have not received my order nor have I received any emails updating the status of my order. I am very disappointed with the customer service of a supposedly US based company

I recently just started ordering from Asoph.com because I saw a few cute dresses via a YOUTUBE influencer. I am 5”11”, thick and curvy and my size is an XL. So far I have ordered 3 dresses in my exact size and all 3 fit me perfectly with enough stretch to compliment my curves. I recently ordered 4 more items: 2 dresses, 1 cami jumpsuit and a very sexy jean jacket and I can’t wait to try on my order. The quality of the material is fair and I thought the prices were affordable but I literally just read another review that the same items are found on another website for a lot cheaper. I did my research on the other “website” and quickly realized that Aspoh is definitely making their profit margins. I definitely will be shopping around but this will definitely be my last order to this company.

I have been ordering from this company for over a year I love the clothes very good quality however I’m very disappointed two items that I paid for I found on wholesale7 WHAT”? The orange dress which cost me 68 was sold for $17 on wholesale7 and the skirts set that I paid $48 was sold for )$16 so I went back to whole sale and found a lot of the clothes from this company is way cheaper on wholesale7 this company needs to come down on their prices I suggest before you purchase anything first check and see if it’s on wholesale7 I’m so mad it really makes me feel that I got ripped off

Am not for sure what the problem is with theses clothes. The quality is very poor. When it was GS loves me I have no problem. I have had to return my last 2 orders. I will not be ordering again period this is very disappointing
