I love Asoph, all of my orders fit perfect. When you are purchasing please pay attention to the size grid. It will tell you if the item is true to size or if it runs bigger or smaller, also check to see if items has stretch, and check amount of stretch to asure a good fit. Some of the merchandise has YouTube videos where the Models are wearing merchandise, check her size and the size of the items she's wearing....enjoy your purchase!

I had an issue with a return initially, however, after speaking with someone in customer service, my issue was resolved within moments. In my original post, I stated the negatives of doing business with Asoph but now I would like to revise my post and state the positives. Quality, stylish clothing at an affordable price, backed by a team of individuals who aim to make their customers satisfied. I am now a huge Asoph fan.

I’ve spent a lot of money with Asoph. By far the best experience I’ve had shopping online. It is just about the only website that I use for shopping. As far as customer service goes, every issue I have had has been resolved with kindness and expediency. I have no complaints, but if there is one thing I could recommend it’s a better photographer. The women on the plus size section are gorgeous and are beautifully built, however it seems that either the woman has to know already how to model for the photo to be good (these are very few) otherwise the photographer just takes a photo and sometimes it’s unflattering. This is an easy fix with an experienced photographer and shoot support. This will improve the presentation of the clothes. I think. The overall quality of their products is good and I have had poor quality products very few times. I highly recommend and look forward to the future roll outs.

I’ve never had a problem with my orders. They arrive right on time and sometimes before.
The clothes are such good quality and I get tons of compliments! I appreciate the fact that they are true to size and sizing is consistent! I do wish they would go back to free shipping over $59 not $69.

I've bought both plus size for my mom and regular size for myself, love their quality and their price point is very reasonable! ++ customer service too :)

Over the weekend I saw a youtuber advertise ASOPH clothing with a discount code. Using this code, I went to order 2 dresses from the website. Although the order stated that the discount had been applied, the discount was not applied. However, I did not notice this discrepancy until after confirming my purchase. Once I realized this, I immediately emailed the company, and proceeded to call once they were open for business hours.

Once I spoke with customer service, they informed me that the website has a promotion where everything is already marked down, therefore they cannot honor my 25% off discount code. However, they continue to promote the code, even though they are not honoring it. The customer service representative, Elizabeth Munoz, then proceeds to offer me a 10% off, saying that she can't give me the full 25% but would agree to 10%. I declined the offer, as I wanted the company to honor their advertised promotion of 25% off.

The promo code was also advertised as early as today, 1/6/2020. (I can't post the link to the video, as this website does not allow links to videos). If you are considering shopping here, I would suggest that you prevent the hassle go elsewhere.

Update: ASOPH still refused to honor the 30% off promotional code, and instead gave me 10% off. They then contacted me and asked me to change my review for an additional $10 gift card, to which I declined. Because they attempted to bribe me to change my review, my assumption is that many of the positive reviews provided on this site might actually be paid responses.

My friend recommended to me this website and I tried a test order since I was not sure about their size and quality. The first one I bought from Asoph was basic maxi dress and it was great, it costs under $20 and I noticed other website sells over $30.
Very satisfied with their reasonable prices!

I was a little doubtful at first because I placed an order prior to reading the reviews. However, my order was shipped timely - standard shipping. I placed my order on Monday evening and it was delivered by the next Saturday. Being that this was my first item I ever purchased from Asoph, I was also concerned about quality. The Emerald Satin wrap dress I purchased was perfect.

I actually did not confirm receipt of the refund via email nor via any other avenue. So, please don’t be misleading to your future shoppers. I’m not 100% certain if or when the funds were returned. I do recall stating that once I was able to confirm that the funds were deposited into my account that I would update my review. As stated in my email I appreciate the effort to resolve. Unfortunately I received my item ten days after my order was placed and did not have it for the event for which I purchased. I will check with my bank to ensure that you all have in fact refunded the full shipping charge, and then provide you guys with and increase rating of 2 stars. Best, Nikki Taylor.

I agree that they take money and do not ship. I paid for express delivery (2-3 days) on this past Monday 12/02/2019, and got an email stating that my product was shipped via priority mail which is actually 10.00 cheaper. I needed it before Friday which is why I paid for the convenience of Express shipping. The US postal service states that I would receive by Friday, 12/13/2019 at 8 pm. I just checked it again and now it’s saying it will be even later. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the absence of customer service. No one bothered to contact me concerning this nor have they responded to my 2 emails they have been sent earlier this week to rectify the situation. Just give me my refund of the difference in Priority and Express delivery and we will be square. I don’t need your generic response to this review as you all continue to do everyone else. You do not get to over charge your customers and provide such a weak excuse as to why you have done so. Those of us who have been over charged are due a refund. It’s very concerning that you all are so overwhelmed with phone calls and emails which based on these reviews are more than like 98% complaints.

I ordered an item and received an email asking for a copy of the front and back of my card, which is weird. I sent the portion with my name but not the nunber. I haven't received anything about shipping but they have my money. I've sent several emails and no response, every time I call the number I just get a voicemail, like is this a scam????

I was happy to find this website because I think they have very beautiful clothes for us plus size women. But, their customer service is really poor, I ordered 4 items on October 8th and received an email confirmation that it has been shipped October 11th and another email that it has been delivered October 13th.
What i can say for sure is that, up till today I have not received any pf those clothes I ordered, I reached out to them and someone emailed me back on October 29th to let me know they will file a claim and i should hear from them within 5-8 business days. Well today is November 29th, I have emailed and called several times but no one and I mean not even one single phone call has been returned and no email response either and now I have lost my money and trust in buying from this website.

Clearly I should have read reviews prior to purchasing items from Asoph. I bought two dresses and had to return both. FYI, you have to pay for your own return costs. It cost me $14.93 to mail the items back. The good thing is I got a tracking receipt. My items have been received back to Asoph 7 business days ago and I have heard nothing about my refund. When I sent an email the response " the refund will be processed when they confirm receipt". I guess they will try to say it hasn't been received even though I have confirmation from USPS that it has been delivered.

I ordered two items from this company, I received one. The company has reached out to me to resolve my issue and will credit my account. I look forward to making another purchase from this company and was please with the item I did receive.

I made my order on September 27, 19 and I paid priority shipping costs. I wrote the first email on October 2, 19 asking about my package location...no response. I gave it a few more days then I wrote another email on October 7, 19 I got no response again. It is now October 28, 19 and I have received no correspondence whatsoever from a representative from Asoph. I feel ignored and I don’t like that. There is not even a customer service number to call. I only ordered from the website because I saw a Youtuber I like promoting it. If I knew it was going to be as much of a hassle as it is I would have never ordered anything. At this point I want a full refund and I’ll never order anything else from this website.

UPDATE: Asoph gave me a $20 off coupon code and a full refund🤗. I tried to make another order to give them the benefit of doubt but when I went to check out the coupon code didn’t work🤦🏽‍♀️ After the coupon didn’t work I just didn’t even make the purchase. I was looking forward to the clothes I had initially ordered because they are really cute but there is a serious lack of appropriate communication between the company and customers.

Great styles and prices. You just have to be careful of fit and length if you are in need of more conservative or professional styles. But always a good values and the clothes are of good quality! I am 49 and I order stuff all the time that is age appropriate and get compliments. I especially love the plus size options that ASOPH provides!
