I requested for my charging point to be checked and possibly repaired. Your engineer came , walked around for almost 2hrs , said there is no fault with the connections and couldn't diagnose the problem for 2hrs . My wife has to tell him to leave after 2hrs. You sent me a bill for over£200 for doing nothing .You then quoted a replacement that will cost over £1400 because he think the point is damaged My electrician came back the following and he was able to recalibrate the charging point and within 5minutes , it works. Yes I am really disappointed and really unbelievable that a reputable company can do this .

The office staff seemed rather confused over timings as they were 2 hours early, so I turned them away as no one was at at home. Another engineer was booked for the original time and Csaba Nyako turned up. He was very informative and kept us fully informed as to what was happening regarding the leak detections. He was very thorough and extremely friendly throughout. If you get Csaba Nyako to do your survey, you have a really good guy on your side! TOP MAN, and THANK YOU Csaba.
I asked for a plumber and they sent me a handy man. Even, the tasks that he did was terrible. The toilet seat was not aligned properly, he didn’t replace the rubber back in the sink tap. Such simple things that doesn’t even need a handyman and he failed to do them.

Gary, who arrived on the first day for the drain mapping was polite, helpful and explained everything clearly. He returned the next day with his colleague Adam to fix the cracks and tree root problems found. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and once the work was completed everything was left in a neat, tidy state.

Adam arrived on time and was conscious not to waste time in solving my problems. All issues were resolved efficiently and satisfactorily making sure it is not just a temporary solution.

Over the course of two visits, I was charged more than £1,500 for work on a boiler issue that was never properly resolved. During the first visit, I was billed over £600 for replacing radiator valves (five in total), which already felt excessive for the work carried out. I was also led to believe that this cost would cover fixing the overall issue with the heating system, as my radiators were turning on randomly despite being switched off.
At the end of that visit, the engineer told me the job wasn’t fully complete and that an additional part would be required. I agreed, expecting a reasonable follow-up cost. However, shortly after, I received an invoice for £450 described as a 50% deposit for the next job — implying a further £900 charge. This came as a complete surprise.
I called to question this, as I had originally been told the issue would be resolved for the £600+ already paid. I was told that the engineer had likely been mistaken, but that the new price still stood and would need to be paid in order to complete the repair. This brought the total to over £1.5K for the same issue.
Less than a week after the work was supposedly completed, the boiler failed entirely, leaving my tenants without hot water. I had to call a Gas Safe registered engineer, who identified serious issues, including damage to the PCB housing that compromised the safety of the boiler. The appliance was classified as “At Risk” and had to be shut down immediately.
The attending engineer was surprised that these problems were not identified during Aspect’s recent visits, describing them as visible and something a qualified professional should have picked up.
To make matters worse, I’ve since been told by other engineers that the work carried out should have cost in the region of £400–£500, making the amount I was charged feel completely unjustified.
I am currently awaiting Aspect’s response regarding a refund and a proper resolution to this issue. If this is not handled appropriately, I am considering taking legal action and escalating the matter to the relevant gas safety regulatory bodies. As it stands, I am now facing the prospect of paying a significant additional amount to replace the entire boiler, on top of what I have already paid.
Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating, costly, and concerning from both a financial and safety perspective. I would not recommend Aspect based on the quality of work, pricing, and the outcome of this job.

4 Hours £112.50 per hour, then additional £262.50 for a gas leak test, that only showed on the soft ware with the opperative , not when i wanted to see the findings.
Was told the leak is under the floor, so i broke up the solid floor and there is no pipe and no leak, not convinced by any of this testing, no better offf than before they arrived, just £828.00 out of pocket. The
insurance company have £750.00 excess, waste of time and money.

I had a small issue with my flat door where at the bottom it was slightly shifted which made one of the gaps to be slightly above the accepted threshold. So it was a very small job. This company was the only one out of 5-6 that I reached out to that have me a realistic quote that was not inflated. The engineer who came at my property - James, was extremely helpful and quick, but thorough in his work. He was also very polite and professional. I am very happy with the service provided and the results of his work. I highly recommend their services.

Very Slow, expensive and frustrating.
The plumber took way too long, went for parts which weren't needed, wouldn't listen to instruction. 3.5 hours to plumb in an ice machine. Scam
