I was recommended this vacuum cleaner from a website.
Absolute garbage!!!! Don’t waste your money.
Battery depletion is rapid
Suction seems ok but when you stop the dust/bits fall down the pipe so you have to use another vacuum to clean up or dust pan and brush.
This would be ok in a clean or dolls house. It’s basically a toy/novelty hoover.
When you ask for a refund you get a generic message offering 10%.
Not good I want a full refund it simply isn’t fit for purpose. There is no phone number to call a human, it’s a rip off.
I’m hoping trading standards can help with a refund.

Do not buy from these scammers. The UK Trustpilot, you can no longer leave reviews as the UK WEBSITE for Aspirato has now been SHUT DOWN. I hope you can get the Nederland website shut down. STOP THE SCAMMMERS.

THEY ARE FAKE.

I recently ordered their vacuum cleaner by mistake and within 5 mins of ordering I sent a mail so that the item is not shipped. They stated after couple of hours that item is shipped without any shipping details. Even their website is not showing anything. DO NOT BUY, they are fake Chinese company who is expert in CON. Even the positive reviews are fake which are done by themselves. I would like to sue them. Can anyone suggest a process. Let’s combine forces and bring them down

I DID CONTACT CITYZEN ADVICE UK, BUT BECAUSE THE PAYMENT GOES TO CYRPUS THEY CANNOT GET INVOLVED, AND EUROPE CITYZEN ADVICE CANNOT GET INVOLVED AS IT IS UK COMPANY WEBSITE.

This Company pretend to be a UK company, but are not based in the UK. Aspirato

They are in Cyprus an China.

They ship the product from in the UK and on the package it states that the return address is EpresssUnit 2 Prologis Park, Arenson Way Dunstable LU5 4RZ.

When you contact them to return they keep not reading youe emails, but keep offering you a discount of 5% and then 10%. I returned to the address above but was told that was not the correct address and that address is invalid, even though on the label it states that this is the return address.

They advise that this address is invalid, well if it is invalid, then don't state on your delivey label that this is the return address.

They don't read the emails you send to them just keeping offering you a discount to keep the product, which I don't want.

We are contacting our bank and trading standards and BBC Watchdog to get this company closed down so they do not rip anyone else off.

Please do not deal with this company.

They will scam you out of your money.

for everyone who is having problems with this company. my bank done a charge back with this company and they sent me this address and told me to return it to them then email them the tracking number. the bank have already gave money back it is pending in my account i sent the vac back today after over a month or more of trying to get a refund and keep getting email offering 15% and keep it cause its hassle sending back to china. lol the address it was sent from was london the return address is Leicester. i will put address below i hope that helps anyone struggling to get there money back. ive emailed them the tracking number and the address they asked me to send the parcel to. which is below.

Do not buy an Aspirato cordless vacuum cleaner. I paid £179.00 for this cleaner and when it arrived it looked like a toy cleaner, it did not resemble the pictures on the review site. I have sent many emails requesting a returns address, they keep offering 10% off original price, but are refusing to give returns address. I purchased on american express so they will be taking up this case for me. Aspirato are a disgusting company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUNCH IF SCAM MONGERS !!!!I wrongly purchased a vacuum immediately within seconds tried to cancel- they said it was already shipped ? Rubbish. They sent it but I've had around 6 days of stupid emails saying I must keep it for 10%discount or return it to China and pay customs,shipping and it may not get back !!!the return label shows a UK address I will be sending it back to. Then I'll have to fight to get my money refunded. !!! Don't touch this company !!!! Update 27/11/23 I'm still getting almost threatening emails saying I have to return to China but I have to pay shipping and customs and it may not arrive then I won't get a refund. Nonsense. There is a UK return address on the label- I'm sending back there and photographing everything. I will then bombard them with emails and get my bank involved. What a bunch of criminals !! Further update Dec 20 I'm still getting the same generic emails offer g discount to keep the vacuum. I returned it already to the address on their own label but I still get The stupid emails and still no refund !! I am contacting my bank and trading standards about these scammers/ robbers !!! And after reading other reviews I am also contacting watchdog !

I like many other has fallen for the online review about this Aspirato vacuum.
After placing the order, I felt something isn't right, I came here to check on the reviews.

After reading all the negative reviews, I emailed Aspirato to cancel the order.
Which is only 5-10 mins after Oder was placed.

I received a reply that they can't cancel my order as it was shipped already. Which is nonsense.
They claim they have a 14 days return policy, so I have nothing to worry about.

I've contacted my bank, and they claim they need to investigate, however if found that the transaction was authorized by the cardholder, they will debit my card.
Which means there is no way getting back my hard earned money.

What can I do, to stop this company to keep on scamming ppl?

DO Not Buy!!!!!!! Save money. Poor Quality hoover.

Do Not Buy!!!
The vaccum is poorly made and falls apart. A clip is missing from 'the host' so the battery can't connect. Their customer service is appalling. They initially replied offering me discounts to keep the vaccum that does not work. When I declined this, they stopped replying. They won't give me a returns address or help in any way.

I agree with all the bad reviews here. A con of a company, they try to offer you 5% discount or me to cover shipping it back to China. The hoover is faulty, doesn't suck up properly and what it does suck up, it spits back out when I turn it off. Wish I'd have read these reviews before buying as I saw in The Telegraph it was in their top 5 and that it was a Dutch company. Avoid this company like the plague.

This hoover was delivered to my home via royal mail with no prior knowledge left in an unsafe place I've sent all the proof to the company who are not interested & send standard emails tell you GO COLLECT YOUR HOOVER
I'm now in a dispute with the company
Royal mail states they can claim a refund of them
There customer service is appauling

Just like everyone else STAY AWAY. The good reviews are bogus. This hoover is utter rubbish. I have emailed 10 times now for a return and it's just robot replies. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I ordered this product using klarna ( thank god! ) I stupidly ordered and then read the reviews! I emailed straight away and asked them not to send as I’d changed my mind and couldn’t afford it. They emailed days later saying it had already been despatched, I told them I didn’t want it and it would be getting returned. I’ve had all the emails as everyone else has, offering discount to keep it, even though I have clearly stated over and over I don’t want to keep it! They have said I can return but it had to go back to china, even though it’s come from a uk depo! This company is basically scaremongering customers to keep the product as it will cost too much to send it back!
After numerous emails and a lot of stress, as they basically send automated emails back that don’t even answer anything I’ve said! I’ve now told them I’m contacting the federal trade commission as they are a scam!!!
They have a 90 day money back guarantee but blackmail customers to keep it with money off as it’s too much hassle to return! Mine is brand new, unused and unopened but they say it will be inspected once in china then they decide if you will get a refund!!!!! Honestly please stay away from this company!

The product is rubbish. I requested a return address so I could claim a full refund. No details were provided. I received numerous offers of a partial refund of 10% the 20%. When pressed further I received a message saying the product needed to go back to China, at my expense and if there was anything wrong with the product or packaging, they threatened to withhold any refund. I am claiming a refund from my credit card and contacted Trading Standards. This company is NOT UK based! Avoid at all costs.

***DO NOT PURCHASE*** It is poor suction. Impossible to get hold of customer service to return even though the claim to honour 90 day warranty!
