I ordered gifts for the holiday season 9 weeks I still haven’t received them BAD COMPANY
DONT BUY A REALL SCAM

This is a terrible company, Total Scam. They refuse refund. I ordered something August 26 and still have not received. The shipping company disappeared therefore you don't have a way of tracking what you paid for. They respond with an auto reply and refuse refund at all cost. DO NOT!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I feel like I was completely taken advantage of and scammed.
I ordered some witch hats that were advertised by a young woman who stated that she makes these hats from vintage fabrics.
I received the hats and they are very obviously not hand made from vintage fabrics.
I was also charged $16 more than the order was supposed to cost.
I don't think it's even worth trying to return them.

I ordered a wall lamp back on August 23rd of 2025. Up until September, I would receive updated shipping report. The last report stated my package arrived in Newark, NJ in September. I asked for a refund 1 day after placing the order because somehow it just didn't feel that this was a legitimate website. Sure enough. We understand that you must be upset for not getting your order in time.
Please kindly accept our sincere apology. Our anxiety is not less than you.
We will do our best to help you get your package.
And we will keep urging the shipping company to update the tracking info.

This was the last message received from them on October 8th. This company is a scam. Don't order anything from them.

If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would. This is a scam company. And any positive reviews on here are complete BS and fake. The goal of this company is to take your money, not send you a damn thing, give fake "tracking", then sell your information. I am very thankful I used PayPal. This experience has made me decide I will never purchase anything from a social media ad again. I guess shame on me. But, I will do my due diligence when purchasing from online retailers from now on. Save yourself time and money.

I was sent a piece of junk( made in China looking) piece of luan stamped with a distressed looking American flag. The video I ordered from showed a 3D piece of ART hanging outdoors. This item I recieved would not have lasted thru the first rainstorm. It wasn't worth $5.00!! and they got me for 71.00 when the item was listed at $49.00. Paypal would not back me up on my claim.

Nice design and lights up nicely at night but quality could be better; overall its decent for casual decoration.

Picked this up recently and feel pretty satisfied overall. Its cat-inspired design adds a whimsical and playful touch to the patio area, especially charming at night with gentle glowing colors. Construction seems decent for outdoor use, although longevity remains to be seen. Certainly brightens outdoor space nicely.

Ordered 4 Wooden, Hand Carved American Flags that was roughly 4" thick. This had individually hand painted red/white stripes and put together to form an American Flag with a wave to it. AND, this was supposed to be made by Veterans.

NOT!!!! I received 4 x 1/4” wood veneer PICTURE panels that were routed by a CNC machine.
They say I got what I ordered. NO I DIDN'T!!

I have a picture of what I was supposed to get and what I got & they're totally different!!

No customer support, they’re just sticking to the claim that what I ordered is what I got.

This company is 100% fraudulent! I purchased a "Handmade Wooden American Flag" supposedly made in the USA by a retired Veteran. I bought it via a Facebook ad and received a PICTURE of the handmade flag printed on a piece of thin plywood. Paypal basically sided with these con-artists and told me I had to return the item back to China (even though it was shipped to me from a USA address). The return shipping was more costly than they charged for the original item! I have removed all of my auto-pay subscriptions from Paypal, am paying off my Paypal credit card, and am washing my hands to Paypal all together. If people are smart, they will do the same. Paypal needs a good punch where it hurts (in their wallet) for openly supporting fraudulent businesses such as this. I can tell they have no problems with these types of scams, due to the numerous online complaints regarding this and other companies like it.

The worst ever!!!! American made and owned beautiful flags. LIE!!! Made with cardboard in china and an absolute SCAM!!!!!

Update: Filed with PayPal and was denied because I refused to pay big bucks to ship the cutouts to a Chinese address. I'm not willing to spend even more money to return the crap items when they probably still would not issue a refund. Lesson learned,reviews are fake,company is a scam. PayPal does not do anything if you get ripped off.

Total scam! Ordered two hand carved,WOOD,American Flags. Advertised as made in the US by a Veteran. Total lies. Shipped from China to an address in Chicago and then shipped to me. Not wood at all. Cheap,thin,cardboard cut outs with a blurry flag print. Dollar Store quality. I paid $123.00,they offered a $10 refund! This company should be taken to court for fraud.
I ordered these as Christmas gifts for two actual US vets. It would be insulting to gift these cheap cutouts to them. Total scam,don't waste your money. I wish I could comment on their add but I can no longer find it.

This "company" is a front for the distribution of cheap, Chinese garbage. The bottom line is that they grossly misrepresent the products they sell on the web site (i.e. fraud!). Once the product is received, it looks nothing like it is represented on the web page. After that, you are stuck. PayPal is absolutely useless in providing protection against scam sellers. They will offer a small fraction of the purchase price as a refund unless you want to send the counterfeit garbae back to China for a full refund- which I suspect will never be processed.

Total scam. The flag is literally cardboard. Came from another country. As a disabled vet on a fixed income, I wanted to help this guy but it’s all BS and a lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLace

They sent me something I didn’t order and played games. They offered $10 when I paid six times that. They said they’d get with their supervisor and never did. Product was not made in America like they claimed. Total scam.

I wish I would have checked the reviews before placing my order on 11/10/2024. Anxiously waited for delivery as I wanted to give it to a friend for Christmas.
First red flag: Over the last 3+ weeks I received two different formats of order tracking emails. One tracking shipment from point of origin in Ireland. The other tracking shipment from point of origin in Shenzhen, China (This is where I believe it really came from). There was also an additional charge for the tracking.
Finally arrived today and all I can say is what a disappointment. As mentioned in other similar emails, the video of the product being made showed craftsmen proudly painting and assembling the flag out of real wood...what a scam. Product delivered was made out of 1/8-inch-thick sheet wood with a poorly laser printed image of the American flag. I'm a Viet Nam vet and when I opened the package I was super pissed, not only at being duped and ripped off, but also at the insult to the American flag this product presents. Definitely made in China quality.
I will never do business with this company again and I highly recommend others go elsewhere with their business.
Based on other reviews, these clowns don't care either. Their return policy doesn't mention anything about negotiating a refund. Not even going to waste my time and just consider this a lesson learned. Hope others will take it from me and take their business elsewhere.

Adds charm to the garden. The glow is lovely, but it could benefit from longer battery life.

customer service is awful. ordered item advertised as Made in America" oddly shipping was delayed at customs IN FINDLAND !! WTF When finally delivered was broken and nothing close to item advertised .Asked for refund was offered $10 for item I paid $63 for. several email later offer was up to $20. Have been frustrated with replies to my email with " I'll ask supervisor" , never heard back. Wish I could rate lower. Scam buyer beware !!! DECEMBER 16. I got $29 from these cheating commies.
