Really liked this solar cat lantern
Really liked this solar cat lantern. Quality is solid, and the price seems reasonable given its uniqueness. Packaging could be improved—felt a bit flimsy. Overall, a charming addition to the garden that brings character with gentle light.
Impressive design with vibrant colors
Impressive design with vibrant colors, adds charm to my garden. Installation was easy, battery life seems durable.
Another scam
As other reviews state, this company is a total scam. The items ordered are not what I received. No hand carving at all, looks like a picture attached to a piece of cardboard. Site states "ready to ship, ships next day". I ordered on 10-8-24 and recieved 11-4-24 FROM IRELAND! 4 days shy of one month. They prey on those of us who want to support veterans. My receipt shows $88.56. My paypal statement shows $106.27 was deducted! I went onto the website today and surprise, the "Carved American Flag" which was there in October when I ordered, is no longer being offered!! Social media will sensor comments made by users that they don't approve of but they don't do anything about all the scammers that they allow to advertise on their sites who steal money from customers. This comnpany practices flagrant fraud! I intend to take pursue this since they have not agreed to refund my money, regardless of their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"
Scam!
Like other reviewers I thought I was ordering a handmade piece from a veteran in Mississippi. Then found out the piece was coming from China. Total Scam!
I would have rated them 0 stars if possible!!!
I only rated this company 1 star because you cannot rate 0 stars and write a review. I recently purchased the Wooden American Flag yard ornament for $49.99. The description is "hand carved, multi-dimensional, made with pride, and benefiting American veterans" When it arrived I was grossly disappointed. It was a thin, cheap piece of 1/4" plywood that was machine cut - no dimension whatsoever, poorly painted, with no sign as shown in the picture. Upon requesting a return/refund they offered me $5 to keep the product due to excessive shipping costs (foreign made). After submitting several pictures and expressing my extreme disappointment, to offer their maximum refund of $8. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - the product that I purchased is no longer on their website. They should be SUED for false advertising and price gouging.
Don't buy the flag sculptures, or anything from assimilateinto
Every review I have read is dated the last few weeks. That means that everyone saw the ads at the same time, fell in love with the sculpture, and ordered it. If I had thought a little more I would have realized that a sculpture like that flag would cost hundreds of dollars. Don't buy from this company! They are liars and scammers. Lesson learned!!
This is the worst kind of deception!
Like so many here, I bought the flag. I was so impressed with the detailed description and the fact that they are made by vets. Got the same crap from China. They offered me $15 at first, then $25. I care more about the deception and misrepresentation. There must be something that can be done!!
Scam - misrepresentation of product
Scam. Complete and total misrepresentation of what I was ordering and have zero use for what I received - cheap imitation of what was shown at best. But hey, they did offer to refund 20% of what it cost me. The worst experience ever. I cannot trust this site again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Flag is really cheap! its a picture of a flag glued onto a piece of very thin (8th inch perhaps) plywood. Says made in USA but was shipped from Ireland? Am trying to send it back for a refund. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband looks like a piece of carnival junk!
Scamed by Assimiateinto on Facebook advertizement
The item they advertised was an American flag, custom made from several wood pieces, hand painted and assembled. They also stated this item was make in America by U.S. military veterans. They state on their web site that they provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and can be returned if not satisfied.
What I received was an American flag cut from a single piece of wood veneer, a stenciled paint job and made in China. This item is not even close to what they advertised.
I also attached a receipt for the item: Total charge $57.48. They charged my credit card $68.98.
So not only did they grossly miss represent their product and send a cheap item, they also charged my credit card for more then I authorized when the order was processed. Then told me when I asked for a refund and return the product that it would be very expensive to return the item to China.
OMG What a scam
OMG What a scam, I ordered not one but two "hand carved" American flags, what a JOKE I received 2 pressed cardboard flags, that were so bad with an out of focus image of a flag, not even red, white and blue, more like a pink purple hew. I contacted the company, and they get back to me that their warehouse sent out what was ordered. Just go to their website and look at the flag, LOL then imagine the worst fake, flat scam flag. LOL I'm completely embarrassed that I fell for this.
Assimilateinto: Scam wooden American Flag building company claiming to be veteran owned duping customers! company claiming
This company not only scammed me with its bait & switch scam, it scammed a lot of people. It claims to be a veteran owned company that also employs all veterans. I call total bs. I am a 100% Service connected disabled Marine veteran and I know that no US veteran from any branch would involve themselves with this lowlife disgraceful scam. They put an ad/video out in a FB reel selling a beautiful wood carved American flag with a thick frame selling for just over $50. When you get your item it's a piece of 1/8" plywood with a flag painted on it! It looks like something the Dollar store would give you for shopping there? These scumbags are as despicable as pedophiles in my opinion. In my case they claim to have a small shop in Mississippi but my package shipped from Italy. I think it probably really shipped from Epstein Island. I emailed these scumbags and they said just keep your crappy item and we will refund $10.00 of your purchase price? Lol! This company is absolute scum!!!
As has happened with the other…
As has happened with the other purchasers of the American flag I was taken in by the craftmanship portrayed online. It looked like a remarkable product but what I received was a thin piece of balsa wood with a print on it and the flag was cut around the edges. Based on the other reviews it sounds like we are all screwed. May the scammers rot in hell.
This was a total rip off!
This was a total rip off. I ordered the wooden carved American Flag for my son who loves vet made items. I received a skinny flat piece of plywood for $70 that barely resembled the ad. It came from Austria too. What a joke .
Can't believe I didn't check this out…
Can't believe I didn't check this out before I bought! Such a scam. Really disappointed. Has anyone found the real website for the flags?
Liars
Liars! a cheap bulsa wood with a BAD transfer and for that price. shipped from Austria.
Dont buy!!!
Website said it was made in USA
Website said it was made in USA, but it was shipped from Poland! The images are VERY misleading. Expected a 3-dimensional US flag but was barely a 1/8" particle board, flat graphic. Took over 3 weeks to be delivered.
I paid you over $50.00 for a peace of…
I paid you over $50.00 for a peace of wood 1/8 inch thick that looks like it was stamped out of a cardboard box. Not to mention it was cracked and one edge is damaged from shipping. I could have got something better from the 99 cent store. How dare you use our veterans as a selling point. You should be reported to the better business bureau.
You are the worst company and product I have purchased from ever. Just know I will do everything I can to give you the review you deserve.
Beware of this scammer company
Beware of this scammer company. They claim the flags are made by US veterans. They are not. They ship from Ireland. They are scammers. Beware- their products are cheap and the company is a fraud.
I ordered two USA Flags they claimed…
I ordered two USA Flags they claimed were hand made in Mississippi by a US Military Veteran supporting business. They then told me the items shipped from Glasgow and Vienna. Turns out these were cheap sheets of plywood with a distorted flag printed on them. I filed complaints with PayPal, which was a dead end. The 2 items actually shipped from China…junk.
