It is not Amazon......
I have been using Assos clothing for more that 15 years and I will continue to do so. But their shipping service is far from being acceptable: it took 17 days to deliver my package to Italy, no tracking system available.... better to buy from the normal shop.

Shockingly poor website UX design and execution.
To start with, the store has a very slow response time. Secondly, the navigation menus are poorly done resulting in a very painful search experience.
Lastly, they keep blasting out emails enticing you to possible bargains, but then after enduring the awful search capabilities, there is almost always zero stock available when you get to the site to look.
Final call -- fiasco.
