Quality and Performance- No Other Sites Necessary
I have ordered from Assos Factory Outlet on a number of occasions. The quality of the merchandise and service is outstanding. Customer care and support has always been timely, efficient and seamless.
I'm a avid cyclist from Canada and really conscious about top quality and performing products - with Assos and Giordana, there is no need for me to look anywhere else. I will continue using the site and encourage others to do so as well.

Buying experience and service response…
Buying experience and service response was great. Only negative was payment. As usual, my credit card can't be used. Not sure why. This is the the only shop my card has problems with. Had to resort to PayPal, but on this occasion, I also have problems with PayPal. It deducted the money from my card and said the transaction failed! Had to work with the Credit Card company to make sure I was not billed for the failed transaction. Tried again a few days later and this time, no problems.
One other point. Advice to anyone buying from Thailand. The import duty is very high. I was charge 30% duty, plus 7% Sales Tax on the total price. I'd think twice if I were to ship it to Thailand.

Your favourite cafe
Its like the secret small cafe that you know of. Menu is small but the best, serve on time, charge extra for a takeaway container but not profit from it, dingy ambience yet you feel good with the whole experience. Its doing only one job but doing it right. What more can you ask. Sshh didn't I say its a secret place.
