I'm an international customer and have a return to process. I have reached out to Assos Factory Outlet via email multiple times and have had absolutely no response in 8 days. I am trying to reset my password and have tried a dozen times and have never been sent a link or instruction to reset the password for my account.

High quality bicycle clothing at a reasonable price. Just have to be patient and wait for my size to be available..

I have purchased items here before...quick delivery, (to Berlin) the usual Assos quality...however, I was going to shop at Iconic again and could not detect a shopping basket...

Regrettably, the site often (in majority of times) only provides odd sizes. Popular sizes like M or L or mostly not available.

I even wrote to the site and the feedback only mentioned that such sizes are not available and did not provide any alternative options nor was any indication provided by when such sizes be available.

I only use Assos for my bib shorts and ended up buying a product I did not really want, but it was the only option provided.

I also did not appreciate the response received from the team as it did not show any aspect of Care.

Poor communication! Bad return policity! Good products, but very bad service. I love the brands Assos and Giordana, but I will never buy stuff again at Swiss Iconic....

Waardeloze service en hele slechte communicatie. Als er al gecommuniceerd wordt... Producten zijn prima, maar als er iets is, of als je iets wil retourneren dan heb je een probleem...

Geweldige merken, mooie producten, maar ik loop nooit weer wat bij Swiss Iconic....

The product went wrong and the solution I had doesn't suit me I'm without the product for more than 30 days.

WORD OF WARNING GUYS...

I returned my faulty ASSOS T.CAMPIONISSIMO_S7 BIB SHORTS to Swiss Iconic Factory Outlet over 3 weeks ago.

They signed for the returned item on the 13th June.

I've emailed them, tweeted them and called over and over again. I've not heard a peep from them and now £200 out of pocket. Not really sure what to do from here other than issue a CCJ against them?!

I know they're still operatoinal since they are updating social meida and sending out emails. Proper fuming.

The spring in Poland was not as warm as we expected. After talking with amiable consultant I bought Giordana jacket AV 100. I am sure I will be back.

Whilst choice is somewhat limited, prices and speedy delivery are unparalleled.

Bought some mitts/ head warmer/ chamois cream /and a pair of oversocks all good apart from the oversocks I thought they would be a lightweight shoe cover to keep the wind out on chilly days bot the are actually a sock that you pull over your shoes but before you do You will need to cut a hole in the bottom so the cleats will clip in can’t see the point of them and don’t think they will last long.
