I have recently started using assured pharmacy and I am beyond amazed by their service. I started my mounjaro journey with them and from the consultation to the emails I get giving me a step by step guideline, it feels like I am not alone in this journey and it just been a week and I am already seeing a difference. I am rest assured I chose the best.

Absolute fantastic service from all at Assured; professional, personable and great customer service

Ordered from assured pharmacy they do a referral scheme with a code my friend used the code but no discount was applied, when I emailed assured pharmacy they said it wasn’t applied so therefore no discount my friend definitely applied discount code and my name was mentioned but they denied everything they lost out as I had lots of referrals for them very unprofessional pharmacy and would not recommend assured pharmacy to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my experience using this pharmacy.
My first issue was that when I ordered my first weight loss injection pen, at no point during the ordering process or consultation was it made clear that I was signing up to an automatic monthly subscription. I believed I was making a one-off purchase. I was shocked to receive an email the following month informing me that another pen was already on its way and that payment would automatically be taken from my bank account. This should have been made much clearer from the outset so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
My second issue was with the friend referral scheme, which I found to be very misleading. I used the referral code provided by my friend, which advertised that I would receive £50 off my first order and she would receive £50 off her next order. Although I received my discount, my friend never received hers. I contacted customer services to explain the situation, and my friend also contacted them herself. She was simply told she would not receive the discount because the "wrong code" had been used, despite me using the code she had provided. The matter was not resolved, and the customer service was unhelpful and disappointing.
Overall, I found the lack of transparency regarding the automatic subscription and the handling of the referral scheme very poor. Based on my experience, I will not be using this pharmacy again.

Part way through my first week and no complaints at all, in fact quite the opposite! From initial engagement onwards nothing but praise for Assured. Supported, informed and feel in safe hands.
I am someone who struggles with medication and is often crippled with the anxiety of new things but cannot praise the company enough for their approach with me and reassurance I have been given. Oh and the scales are starting to move!!

I was apprehensive about my consultation but I didn’t need to be Jabir put me at ease straight away he was kind and helped me through the process.
It was a positive experience.
I would recommend Assured Pharmacy.

AVOID!!! They started my treatment then as soon as I was entitled to a friend referral They stopped my treatment And not only that, they took my money for the treatment they stopped. I threw 5months of the program away And lost my referral They make there own rules as they go along

Daily supportive emails have been great. It’s only my first week so not much really to say. Felt a little boated and nauseated on days 2 and 3 but otherwise all ok. Too early to notice any weight loss but 1lb has gone somewhere!

Very informative consultation before starting on my mournjaro journey....any concerns or questions I had were answered immediately without hesitation, I've also had great support everyday throughout my first week via email which has helped immensely....highly recommend Assured Pharmacy 👌
