I have tried since booking to get a refund and all avenues seem to be blocked. I have screen shots of the broken links and the loops that return to the main page. Voice message also blames Royal Mail for late results,,,,,,, I thought they were a Lab. I would avoid.

Terrible, go somewhere else.
Clinic was a tent with no tables and no assistance. Test had to be taken by myself standing up. No phone service and lengthy wait for email/robot response.

Pre departure PCR test
I have booked in for a pre departure PCR test (72 hours before flight). I went to have the test done at 4 pm and I was told that I will receive my result next day at midnight. The test was emailed to me at 3 pm next day much quicker than I have expected it.

Needed a fit to fly certificate. Social distancing observed. Helpful staff. All instructions to do the test on the wall in the swab cubicle. One way system. Put sealed bag un front of scanner then put it in bin provided. 3 of us went together and we were in and out in about 15 mins
Refused refund despite ample notice - borderline scam
Booked two in-person PCR tests, which we had to cancel 10 days in advance due to travel restrictions in the country we'd be traveling from. After making the booking we received an email informing us that we had to ("MUST") register via a separate form to confirm the booking, which we did.
We've now requested a refund as the T&Cs stipulate that you can request receive a refund up to 48-hours in advance, but AssuredScreening is refusing to issue one because we registered the tests to confirm the booking. This place is an absolute scam, I'd highly recommend you go somewhere else.
Don’t fall into the HONEY trap
Under no circumstances use this company for PCR testing. We wished we had not gone with the Trustpilot rating and read ALL the reviews. We booked three day 2 international travel test kits a week ago and are no longer able to travel due to one of our party testing positive, but we are denied a refund. This is a disgrace! Because we completed the link in the email confirmation (which we were compelled to do to confirm the booking and get a booking reference), we are no longer eligible for a refund, despite the terms and conditions stating that you can have a refund if cancelled 96 hours before the appointment and being well within the cooling off period. Total scam!! As if it is not hard enough not being able to see your loved ones at Christmas. This is the first time I felt compelled to write a negative review, as this has caused everyone so much stress.

Pre registration not user friendly…would not accept my date of birth.. so no result…as a consequence I have been charged £60 for nothing !!!!!!

DO NOT BUY this test Vivo is the worst testing experience I ever had. After testing at home we were unable to submit the results, supposedly due to poor quality os the photo. We tried three tests and could not contact ViVo, despite spending couple of hours waiting on the phone. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!,
Post Office delays
Assured screening very efficient and professional, as previously. Pity Royal Mail took 5 days to deliver instead of next working day! (Posted on a Saturday).
Great Company to deal with.
Very impressed with the service provided for my Day 2 PCR test. Under 36 hours from delivery of home kit to the result. Price was excellent. Very happy to recommend Assured Screening to potential customers.
OK, but swab should be taken by professional
All good, except that the swab is nottaken by a professional but by the person themself (and it's not even supervised) - this is likely to lead to inaccuracy, and people could even cheat by swabbing incorrectly/not fully.

Nowhere did it state that once you get the HONEY number you cannot get a refund. I ordered it, registered it, then my trip fell through. I tried to cancel next day and could not reach a human being. No phone number nothing. Left a message with their awful chat bot NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. Keep in mind I booked this service over a week ahead of time, the company really lost nothing here but they refuse to refund me. Citing once you get the HONEY number no refunds but that wasnt mentioned ANYWHERE?! Really corrupt. If this was a hotel or airline I get it, time lost equals potential customer loss but these guys? Not even a partial refund offer. They just stole my money and didnt even respond to my multiple attempts to contact them.
Disappointed and feel ripped off.
We booked a 2 day arrival PCR with this company.
A few glitches booking an appointment time at the test centre but then managed it.
However support 24/7 is advertised and when we came to cancel due to new French restrictions on travel, before the 48 hour window for refunds, there is minimal support. The contact email is not operating and the cyber chat is very limited. I did learn however that International arrivals require 96 hours to cancel ! Why ?
Disappointed by the lack of contactability. Feel misled by the website information. Do not recommend.
