Don't trust this company
Very bad experience with this company. If you want to get reimbursement, it will take you forever. They tell you to send a list of documents, you send them all. No feedback despite your reminders. After 3 months, finally you can reach them by hotline. You discover that your dossier is closed for them. You ask for information, they say they never receive your emails (which is ridiculous, the email address is correct). You ask for more explanation, and they tell you there is one document missing (which was NOT in the list they gave you 3 months ago). Literally, you cannot trust this company. One star is still generous.

As stipulated in article 13.1 of our general terms and conditions (sent to you when you join and accessible at the bottom of the page on our website, in the "useful documents" tab), the insurer may terminate the membership at each main maturity date (31 December), subject to two months' notice. This cancellation is carried out following an injunction from the insurance company on which we depend, which reserves the right to require the cancellation of contracts that have incurred excessive expenses according to their criteria.
