I truly regret ordering a case from Astra! When I received the product I was dissatisfied with the quality of the material. I followed the instructions and emailed the support team to start the process for a refund. I have received responses from Sarah however, she never confirms the address of where I need to return the phone (at my own expense). She has told me someone will contact me and no one else has. Sarah also sent me an email offering to replace the case but I have no interest in doing that. I am sixty years old and this is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!!! I have made 5 email requests for the address to the Support Team!! I would appreciate someone from Astra confirming the address for returns asap!! I really am considering giving a review expressing my dissatisfaction daily, at this point!

Rogue company
Rogue company. Do not buy from them. Clever website that makes you believe it is a UK company but it's not. I have still not received my order after 2 weeks. Tracking doesn't work. No answer to my query and no number to contact anyone. If it ever arrives I expect it will not be leather and will be poor quality.

I just purchased my two phone cases for my Google pixel 10. I've had phone case for Google pixel 6 which worked out beautiful and it lasted. That is why I went with the same company for my new phone cases. I'm very happy with them

I would give zero stars if possible.
This case is plastic not leather as advertised. When you complain you are offered a refund of 50% of the cost and you can keep the case!! Apparently they don’t accept returns.
I turned this offer down as I was sent the wrong colour for the wrong phone therefore absolutely no good for me at all.
I wanted to return it for a full refund, they refused so I got a full refund through my bank.

Pretty good case but inventory shown online not always accurate
I have ordered one of the wallet phone cases and in terms of the product itself, I am pretty pleased. The wallet is a little lose-fitting, which makes me nervous since it holds my bank card and ID, but the rest of the case and its features are pretty solid.
Unfortunately, I've ordered from this company twice now, and both times the product I actually ordered and paid for wasn't actually in stock and available, so I either had to choose another color or cancel my order. This extended the delivery time for my case significantly, and I feel could have been easily avoided by only listing in-stock items for order.
