Poor products and customer service
Astra cases sent me the wrong case and then expected me to pay $10 shipping for the correct case. I said I wanted to return the case and get a refund - they said to donate the case to anyone as they didn’t want it back and they gave me a 50% refund.
All of the customer service seems to be AI/Chat GPT - after going back and forward with meaningless emails, they still won’t give me the entire refund.
The incorrect case I received is of poor quality and is not real leather as described.
They can keep the other 50% they owe me and I will continue to let everyone know how poor their products and customer service are.

Case has turned up and its cheap plastic. Could have bought the same quality off Ebay for a fifth of the price.
Avoid. Its cheap, nasty tat.

I have people commenting on how good the case looks! It's the green case with rose gold trim. The case arrived in the time expected and looks really good. The ring at the back is very handy for holding the phone and also as a stand. The only drawback is I need to take the case off to wireless charge. I can still use the lightning socket to do that.

DO NOT USE FOR A FOLDING PHONE
Not only is the phone case extremely flimsy. With the stand falling off multiple times in the weeks ive owned it.
The case has also damaged the screen on my Samsung galaxy fold 5.
I now have bubbles that began forming where the case met the hinge of my folding screen. And thst bubble gradually extended down the entire length of my screen. So the case caused more damage to my phone screen than I would have had if I had left it unprotected.
After paying a premium for a high quality case I expected a much better product that would help my phone last, not cause it to develop faults.

Not Canadian… And not what you think
Terrible service that just uses chat gpt to respond. They offer returns with a catch… the return is to China and they don’t give shipping labels meaning that the return is more than the product. Also they will give you maybe 20% of the product to keep it as a “return” for a Chinese product claimed to be Canadian.
Also their product makes the screen hard to use, and the pen holder is a fabric loop that send the pen flying even while walking, and the case covers the fingerprint scanner making it not actually compatible.
Also they use cheap rubber, you bought a good product from apple, don’t ruin it to save a few bucks with this cheap rip off “50%” off garbage.

Their sales pitch mention several times premium leather, but now I see it also says vegan!
By this mean cultured? That is not real leather.
Hugely disappointed.
They did offer a refund, and apologised for the confusion.
To my mind that is lying and nothing to do with any confusion.

Absolutely amazing service from Sherwin and the team. I ordered the wrong size case for my phone and had to change it. My phone was then actually stolen the day after I placed my order so I had to change it for a second time. Most companies would have made it extremely difficult or told me it wasn't possible. Not Astra Cases. They went out of their way to help me and to resolve the issue! Many, many thanks! Can't recommend them highly enough and their cases are stylish and beautiful!
