If I could give the company 0 stars I would. It's basically a scam and I would be very wary of using. I signed up for a basic account (their free account) and somehow they enrolled me in a paid account and charged me $143. They refuse to give any sort of refund. I used the service one day, it didn't work well at all, so I stopped using it. Had I known they'd suddenly sign me up for a paid account I never would have wasted my time and money.

I'm using Podcastle due to a YT video recommendation.

The experience has been nice, it's very easy to edit your audio and add different pieces of content.

I've already recommended Podcastle to some friends and, so far, I haven't thought of leaving their product.

Podcastle is so easy to use to edit my podcast episodes on! Very helpful and simple!

They use misleading pricing.
They also charge a year subscription price immediately after a free trial.

Even if you contact them about it, they say it's against there policy to give a refund.

They are a bunch of scammers, so don't do business with them.

On top of that their software is crap.

Do NOT trust this company. The free trial I had did ended and I canceled it prior to the end date. They still used my card even though it was canceled. Thankfully my bank projected me from the charge. However, the new card that was sent to me by my bank was not even activated and they still tried to charge me again. I don't know how they got my new card information and it furthers just how shady this company is. Again, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Podcastle is easy to use and fun. I like how i can record and edit in one program. The Podcastle team is extremely helpful when I run into technical issues. I have been using the program for almost 2 years. I will continue to use it for my podcast and will encourage others to use it for their recording/editing needs.

Podcastle has exactly what I need. The right audio cleanup tools when I need them most. Not only is it easy to use, it just works. My audio sounds amazing come out of Podcastle.

I needed to update some crucial details in my account, but I encountered an issue where the verification code and link weren’t being sent to my email. Fortunately, the Podcastle team helped me smoothly implement the necessary changes.

I also really like the product—it makes it convenient for me to publish my podcast episodes across various platforms.

I think Podcastle is the easiest, most intuitive audio editing platform. Their AI features cleaned up my (poor quality) audio so much that it sounded like I had a professional studio setup. Fair pricing after the free trial, too. If you want to stop making excuses and start podcasting, I recommend Podcastle.

The platform was simple to use, easy to navigate and our videos were solid....Made me look and sound way better than i normally would have! hahahaha

Completely saved our podcast when the audio mixer crashed half way through. We were able to use the audio from the camera feed alone for an hour and a half session. We haven't worried about audio since.

I signed up for the basic plan 9.99 and saw that I did not have all the tools I was curious about using to make my podcast better for everyone. Some of the tools you first start out with are great. The voice level ai dust awesome!! but then I wanted more so i upgraded 39.99 to use other tools. 9 min video was easy but then 20 min video sucks I am still WATING ALMOST AN HOUR FOR MY VIDEO TO UPLOAD OFF MY PHONE. REDIC. come to think about it I did not use the studio app to do my video just uploaded it myself. but now I have upgraded and I am using the studio to record. this is the second time I mind you. first took forever 2 I did not clock it i just left it alone and went to watch tv so excited when it finally got done. went to my pc to edit and my words that were on the screen were showing up before I was speaking. the video had a bad buffer and a delay on my speech. I saw myself talking and it sucked. now ok i forgive once. and now I record again. I am here about to leave to work and I cant close the app it 80 percent done and its stuck. I try to close the app but it tells me to keep it open to complete upload. how long do I have to wait?? this is so wrong in so many ways i need my phone and now I have to keep it open so it can finish. bull crap. please if anyone knows what the hell is going on reach out to me. so far this is very upsetting. I am bran new to this, please lord give me the patience to deal with this app which was highly recommended by so many people. also in the YouTube videos I saw, they talked about distribution right from the app WRONG not there. this is so upsetting. if I cant trust creditable people who have done this for a long time then who can I trust. this is such crap still 80% not done. AHHHHHHHHHHHH so upset with podcasttle and everyone on youtube who say its the best. bull crap

I was charged nearly $700 for a yearly plan I never intended to sign up for. I reached out immediately to explain the situation, clearly stated that I couldn't afford the charge, and politely asked for a refund.

They refused.

No flexibility, no understanding, and zero regard for customer experience. This kind of billing practice feels deceptive and predatory—especially when there’s no clear warning or confirmation step before committing users to such a large annual charge.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this service. If you do sign up, double-check every detail—because once they have your money, good luck getting it back.

I signed up with the Podcastle to use it for creating my remote interview and publishing my podcast: Saffrony Podcast. I have been enjoyed the simplicity of its platform and effective audio separation per person feature. The Ai features work to a satisfactory level. Although I faced issues and bugs while editing, both supportive Ai bots and real Podcastle Team did their best to resolve the issue ASAP. I recommend it to anyone who wants to start a Podcast without being a tech nerd!

I’ve been using Podcastle for a couple of months now with my Podcast. I’m a new podcaster and after doing my research, I chose Podcastle as my host. Last night, my wife and I recorded an episode that was over an hour. At the end, I went to spot check a couple of places to to make sure it all sounded good. I was sick to my stomach when what I heard sounded like I had recorded in a phone booth with an old condenser mic. I use very high quality equipment but at some point before we started recording, I switched my input from my mixer to a small USB mic that had fallen off my desk and was on the floor behind my desk. But I had no idea because our headphone monitoring comes directly from my mixer, not a feed from the computer. Our podcast is raw and unscripted and we had a phenomenal episode. We knew there was no way to recreate that dynamic. Before scrapping it I decided to use the AI dust to see what would happen, sure there would be no saving it. I started and left the room. After about 30 minutes, it was finished so I started the playback. My jaw was on the ground. There was no difference in that recording and all my other ones recorded with my pro equipment. All I can say is “wow!” I had to check to make sure I wasn’t listening to one of the other projects but nope! It was the one that had been a total loss just 30 minutes before. If you need a recommendation for podcasting software, then get Podcastle without any concern. Not only is it easy to use, it will save you when you screw something up!

Podcastle is the easiest platform I have found for recording audio. It takes a while, like all platforms to get used to, to figure out where everything is, yet I have managed it easily and I struggle with my eyesight Its simple, well laid out, I love how easy it is to edit and add in extra fillers. So far, they haven't changed the layout, just added in, so I remember where the buttons and tabs are, and most importantly, sound quality is the best I've found. Podcastle keeps improving and I'm looking forward to remote android recording. They read comments and take notice of their customers. This is essential. I would love colour codes and larger tabs/buttons for visually impaired, yet this is my personal thing. I highly recommend Podcastle. Try it for a month and see the difference in sound qualty xxx

Fraudulent pricing policy
I've started 7 free trial to try out AI features. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it before 1-year charge cycle. I texted to support straight away and filled out the form for refund. They refunded me 1 year charge minus 1 month and kept $26. Support is referring to their policy why they keep 1 month charges, however I haven't found in policy, that you'll be charged for 1 month if you cancel it straight ahead. I don't have an access to services either. Which means that this company just took 1 months charges for nothing = stole money. Completely SCAM and fraud.

I find Podcastle very intuitive and user-friendly. I am learning fast and having fun doing it.
