WORST STORE EVER!! TOOK FOREVER TO DELIVER MY ITEM AND ITS DOESNT WORK AND NOW THEY ARENT RESPONDING TO ME

Ordered from here 3 years ago and nothing. Emailed them about 20 times and nothing. Don’t even bother. PLEASE buy something somewhere else otherwise you’ll be doomed with the same fate

Like the clothing. Return policy is impossible. Notify them within 48 hours to only receive store credit. Make sure you order correctly or you will be paying for item plus shipping it back to them.

Scam. I ordered two items and never received them, followed up over 6 times and only got one reply that said to be patient. It has been over a year and I never got my money back. Do not support this business

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Ordered in September and have not received it to this day. No refund set up and not replying to my emails. DO NOT order from here. Save yourself the money and order from somewhere else. Fraud

I orderd on december 2021 $180 clothe.
I thing it s just a scam! We send emails en they told me that the order will arrived before christmas. Well I never get a packet!
2 days a go I send an email again. But there no answer!

Ordered a sweatshirt Fall 2021. Emailed support as I hadn’t received it months later. They told me I’d receive a refund mid-Februry if I still hadn’t gotten my order. Now March and they haven’t issued a refund, haven’t given me my order, and haven’t responded to any of my emails.

I placed my order mid Oktober 2021, have had E-Mail contact with the support team COUNTLESS times, now it’s March and i still haven’t received anything, not even a tracking information. My money is long gone. Total scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! placed 2 orders at the same time & only 1 came. The other said it was delivered but never came!! And the one that did came had such cheap quality for the overpriced mess it was. So dissapointed. Contacted them to ask for a refund and they refused to give me my damn money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Btw i received my 1 out of 2 orders like 3 months after i placed it. lol literally forgot about it as well.

total scam, don’t let your money get stolen. I ordered a zip hoodie in October 2021 and still haven’t received it in February 2022. They sent an email December saying that they’re having delays due to the holidays. I waited till the end of January and emailed again only asking for an update. No response. I emailed again and again to different customer support emails and no response. I know im never getting that sweatshirt and im never getting any money back.

I have placed an order and received my invoice with an 'order tracking' link on it, however when I click the link it says page not found. I am unable to get a response from anyone as to where my order is or when and if its actually coming.

I ordered 2 hoodies in October, requested tracking info after 6 weeks, “Brenda” responds with some bullsh¡t generic answer about shipping delays, month later same thing, etc. now it’s February and no one will respond! Disgusted!

Ordered about 5 months ago and kept getting emails from a Brenda saying it will be shipped soon and to be patient. When I had enough of waiting and went to ask for a refund, “Brenda” no longer has an email and the email on the website will not answer me. Scam.
