I ordered on 7 nov 2021 !
Now end of january i still have nothing! Will never get my money back (181 dollars)! Dont buy here!

Like everyone else I have not received my order from November. I did receive the e mail apologising for the delay due to shipping and asking me to be patient offering store credit as compensation, but I have not heard anything since and they have not replied to my e mails. I paid extra postage so I could track my order but never received anything to track it. Total scam . Avoid it like the plague..

I wish I could give 0 stars. impolite help, very poor quality, long delivery and delivered the wrong color as well as sizing. give more money than you get for it

DONT BUY! I ordered a sweatshirt- the iteam was not as it looked like at their site. The quality was really bad. I contacted them, and paid 22 euro for the shipping back- and I never got any money back. I payed 65 euro and got NOTHING!

This is a fake website for sure. I was scrolling on the pants section and saw that there was a skirt I saw on shein, looked like the exact same quality and was charging like 100$? The positive reviews are bots trying to keep the rating up, thank god for the rest of the reviews because now I learn to NOT buy from them. Too good to be true, DO NOT BUY

I ordered a zip hoodie in October but still have no package.

I have ordered a hoodie 3 weeks ago for an xmas present apart from the first email thanking me for my order and they would let me no when it's been dispatched I haven't heard a thing from them, on tracking it says hasn't been picked or left yet so i have emailed 5 times to slightly different emails to try and cancel this order but keeps coming back saying not received. Then I checked the reviews which I usually do first and not surprised they were all bad so I have probably lost my money 😪

After a month my order has not even been shipped. It was intended to be a Christmas present. They are no longer responding to my inquiries or requests for a refund, so I will have to seek remedies with my credit card company.

Don’t order from this company!!! Like many other reviews I am still waiting for my order (~$100) which was placed on 30th September. I have asked for a refund multiple times and their customer ‘service’ asks me to be patient. The order hasn’t even been shipped (China) yet … if the tracking can even be believed. Really upsetting as this was my daughter’s first online order (obviously I won’t be taking her pocket money for her). ☹️

Would give no stars if I could. I ordered back in September and still don't have my order. Although was told it was shipped on 12th October.

Now getting some spiel about their suppliers and they are refusing to refund me although I have asked 11 times. Their responses are horrendous. Please please don't buy from here.

I ordered a jumper. Terrible quality fabric and clothing; not even dollar store worthy. Outrageous price given this. When I contacted the store and requested a refund, they replied that they can’t accept returns due to covid, however they provided me with store credit. Satisfactory service. Shipping was slow, but reasonable given covid delays.

Atboujees is defenetly a scam. I have been waiting for my order for two months now and havent got any news. Their service is awful, they dont even respond to email nor msgs on instagram. Big scam. Im very mad at myself for trusting this shop, dont make the same mistake. All good reviews are from staff.

Horrible experience! over two months to get my order when it was received it was completely different than what was pictured. the quality of the fabric was awful - really poor almost unwearable. the customer service started out OK with a bunch of excuses but after a month I asked for a refund and they got rude - obviously it's a scam anybody that is looking into this please just stay away do not buy. You wont get what is pictured. Also their internal reviews are all good - even the one star - very shady

I just received my parcel and I love it . It was a bit delayed due to pandemics but they kept me updated via emails and dms and people are being rude towards them in comments. I really appreciate the whole time they assured me about my order and I ordered the comfy Hoodie love it 😍

This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with and when I reached out through Instagram they were rude and didn’t try and solve my issue at all. Been waiting and still waiting for a package I paid for over a month ago. The tracking number they sent me weeks ago can’t be tracked. 0 stars for the service for sure.

0/anything. I have waiting so long orderdfor a birthday gift and when i messaged them they were very rude about it and woulnt provide anyone to deal with the issue. never again will they have my business.
