The support team is outstanding—second to none. A word of advice: research any additional plugins carefully before installing them to ensure they’re well-coded and lightweight. The site speed is already impressive, but I plan to optimise further and will share updates on the results.

As with any complex website, not every detail runs perfectly smoothly with the otherwise excellent Sydney and Sydney Pro themes. However, the aThemes support team makes working on detailed solutions very pragmatic and efficient. Even as a novice, I was able to build two demanding websites with Sydney and Sydney Pro. Over the past 10 years, I've tried many great WordPress themes. None have come close to Sydney in terms of ease of setup and detailed solutions. The aThemes support team completes this positive impression.

I’ve been using an a theme for quite sometime. I can honestly say they provide awesome templates and their support is top notch. I’ve never had a bad experience.

No 5 stars but 4 stars, because a lot of modules for the pro version works directly good. 4 stars because peoples in your company are constantly helping me to solve problems i discover when installing a new feature. When is installed the free shipping bar the amount calculatd is not correct. I'm afraid that another currency is converted to euro and there comes in my opinion the difference in amount left for free shipping. The Real Search module isn't still working on my site and i can't find a shortcode to make it work. One star less because as a webshop owner all these takes a lot of time.

I reached out about change log details on a theme version several years old on a site I recently inherited. They responded in a couple of days, answered all my questions spread out over several emails, and were very considerate all around. I really appreciated it!

I have been using Botiga Pro from aThemes for several years. Firstly, I am very happy with the theme, it fulfils all my requirements, looks good and has excellent performance. But even better is the support from the aThemes team. Every time I have a specific requirement, they help me very quickly and always in a targeted manner. I can recommend aThemes without reservation!

I change the theme in the beginning of July. i'm realy suprise, the theme is really fast and the Elementor addon plugin is very useful. One other thing i really like is the customer services is awesome. i need some tweak for my need and i always have a response of the team quickly and they found the solution. I expect 3-4 more e-store soon and it will bure sure the only choice for me it's Botiga theme and their team

I purchased the Botiga theme and merchant pro in July so haven't been using them long, however I am more than happy with them. I have had a few problems, where I can not work out how to do something, and the customer service is great. They have responded to my queries quickly and have offered advice with instructions on how to achieve what I wanted.

I have the pro version of Merchant, and it is worth every penny. It combines the features that you would normally need multiple plugins for into one convenient plugin that’s easy to use. If you want to save money by using WooCommerce, but you want all the functionality offered in Shopify, grab this plugin.
