Great theme & support
Great theme, great support. After pinpointing an issue related to WP Rocket and JavaScript defer, they helped us locate which file was to be excluded, and they were super available as they replied to our support email only 2 hours after we reached out to them.

Good Support
Charlie is great to work with and fixed an issue on the backend of our website to better integrate with Merchant Pro. I look forward to using the other features from this plugin. There seems to be a lot of cool functions that we can use.

Excellent theme support. Had an issue with a random image displaying on the right hand site of my website. The support team managed to sort this so quickly and it was a very easy fix that I would do myself, with their instructions. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

We get a lot of applications from developers who want to work with us. For those on our shortlist, we ask them to do a paid test task. This task has no benefit for us - we only ask candidates to do it so we can assess their coding skills. If you completed a task, sent in your work and then never heard back from us, then it's possible we missed your email.
We get hundreds of applications for every position so sometimes things might get missed in the follow up stage. If you email us again, I'm sure we'd be able to investigate further and pay you if a mistake was made.

Solid theme and awesome support
I only have experience with the Botiga theme. The theme is well thought out and comprehensive in terms of options. I am impressed with the support. If something is not possible they admit it immediately and don't beat around the bush. The possible improvements are immediately put on a wish list.
Support really does its best to help just a little bit further than strictly necessary.
