My order still hasn’t arrived
My order still hasn’t arrived and I placed my order the 14th of December. The tracking number they provided doesn’t work telling me “error”. Have emailed the company many times I have just gotten the same reply stating that dpd are having trouble with their website and rest assured your delivery will be with you in a few working days. But still no sign! Have contacted dpd with the tracking number and they’re saying they can’t find my item in their system!!

But still no delivery. I have lost all confidence in this company and plan to make a claim through PayPal. Steer clear!
