Steer clear of this bogus company. Goods ordered 14 th December 2022. Still no goods. They blame DPD who have not even received the goods. See all the other one star reviews before Athlefix delete them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible customer experience. Order placed on 30 Nov 2022 as a Christmas gift with shipping given as "Express 1-2 Working Days Delivery (Tracked & Signed)". 8 Jan and item still has not arrived with no real interest being shown by the company. They are unable to trace parcel, unable to tell me when or if it will ever be delivered. No response to my last request for information. Would not recommend purchasing online from them.

Even though the website is Irish, the item did not come from Ireland at all. As a result the delivery did not take 2 days but 3 weeks and I had to pay duty on top of that. At least the latter was refunded by the company but you have to apply for this which is a bit of a hassle.

Ordered 2 Gun massagers but I’ve only received one and have emailed them to ask why but haven’t heard from them.

There was a delay in delivery not due to Athlefix. The quick clear response and explanation showed good customer care. The product exceeded expectations.

promised 2 day delivery and it took ten days. Had to purchase alternate christmas gift. Also, response to emails is horribly slow from customer service. I am trying to return the massager which should be at their expense.

Ordered on the Dec 21st 2022 and received on Jan 3rd 2023. Not really a problem. The problem is transparency. No projected day of arrival. And the USPS tracking had it arriving in the state destination and then it was back in Arizona. I was confused. Then finally I reached out via phone and nobody picked up. I sent an email and nobody responded but magically I got an update that finally made sense. That it would arrive the next day, which is all I wanted. An accurate update. Minus the weird tracking info.

Customer service will not get back to me. I need to return and it has been two weeks and no one has contacted me

Excellent ordering service considering the problems with delivery at the time goods ordered, no delivery charge delivered in 48hrs however the order was duplicated - not sure how and I’m still waiting for instruction to return the goods.

Very very late delivery for christmas. Said it would take 2-3 business days for delivery, it has been around 10 business days.

Arrived within days. Obviously postal strike caused delays over Christmas. Love this product. I've only used this massage gun for a few days and I'm feeling relief already. Easy to use. I'll continue to use this on a regular bases.

Disappointing experience. 1-2 day express delivery was promised but after two weeks of waiting, I was informed the parcel did not clear customs as the customs declaration provided electronically was deemed insufficient and had to be returned. I purchased the item only because it would arrive ahead of Christmas Day.

If delays were expected due to Christmas activity then it should have been stated on the website otherwise it is misleading to purchasers. It is also the seller’s responsibility to make sure the item is delivered not the courier.

I found the support team unwilling to help despite their responsibility to deliver the item.

Great product and easy to use even though it looks like a jack hammer 🔨. But still perfect and love it
