Brilliant value, I got 2 for the price of 1. I bought this for my daughter who has trouble with her neck after suffering whiplash years ago. She has treatment with a massage gun at her chiropractor's and find it helps immensely so I can save her some money. I also go to the same chiropractor and have had treatment with a very similar gun which again will save me money. It's lightweight and very easy to use and gives quick relief. With varying strengths of massage it's easy to pick how hard or soft you want it to be.
Arrived very quickly and would recommend.

Been waiting weeks for my refund. Product received with no charging lead or instructions. Now spoken to my bank who’ll now intervene, thankfully! Anyone who has paid via a credit card which I should have done, speak to them ASAP and specifically request a “chargeback” urgently and your money will be reinstated within minutes and the chargeback fee will be sent to the company. Many thanks

The item broke within the first 5 minutes of using it. I never received a confirmation email for my order, so I have no order number or how to return details. The only email I received was the amazon delivery notification. On the plus side it did arrive quickly and for the 5 minutes it worked it seemed OK!

Order was never recieved by Royal Mail after 2 weeks, I emailed athlexfix twice to try and sort the problem but they never responded to either email, very pour service definitely would not recommend

BEWARE

It is 10 days since I ordered the product and the only tracking information I can get from Royal Mail is that Athlefix have dispatched the product to them to ship to me. Your website said 2-4 days for delivery. If I had known it would take so long I would have shopped locally.

Not received, ordered from an Irish website but being shipped from the UK. Website now under construction

Don’t buy anything from this company they are a scam ! No package received. No refund. Had to threaten with legal action to get response from customer support. Ordered on 15th December, replacement package apparently sent on 15th of January, haven’t received either package a month and a half later. All round terrible experience please do not purchase you will not get product and will lose your money !
