Still have not received item and it was ordered 4 weeks ago

Updating a very negative review I left a couple of months ago with a much more positive impression. I bought a massage gun that never worked - just wouldn't switch on. I was also charged for customs duty despite ordering from a local site. I had issues getting a response from their customer service team and understandably was not happy.
However they did follow up and sent me a new model in perfect working order without even asking me to return the broken one. It works incredibly well. Thank you!

Ordered and have not received. Tried to contact, Website is saying site is under construction and no one contacting me back!

Massage gun so far has proven to be of excellent quality and works well. RPM's don't seem to be as high as advertised, but it definitely is sturdy with good battery life. Only reason I am subtracting one star is because package was delivered according to tracking within 5 days of ordering, but never actually arrived here. I contacted Customer service via their website, but never got any response back at all. turns out the fault was with the USPS, but no response from the company's Customer Service was unexpected and disconcerting.

I wanted to give a good review. But I am disappointed because I can’t get hold of the company I sent a couple of emails and no reply I also tried calling them and no answer.
I can’t find them on line anymore. And when I try to track via email the website page won’t open.
But I did like product and I wanted to order another one. Since they have disappeared why would I give a good review. I am gutted I can’t order another after saying how good it is.

Not good still haven't received my package nearly 3 weeks

Ordered massage gun on 10/1/23 and arrived 11/1/23 very fast delivery by Amazon delivery massage gun is good for getting Knotts out lots of different power levels and attachments for different areas of the body 👍👍👍😁

My son in awful pain I bought weeks ago and still have not received

They haven’t delivered my parcel I’ve tried contacting them several times each time without a response, and I’ve lost £60. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Could not get the massage gun to work. The gun is totally unresponsive after being "Charged". I emailed the company to request a refund and was told to send them a video describing the issue. I explained that I was unable to send a video and explained in detail (several times) what was going on with the massage gun. They kept saying they need to see a video of the problem and I keep telling them I can't do that. Furthermore, providing a video in order to return an item for a refund should be mentioned as a requirement in their refund policy but it isn't. Had I known a video would be required for a refund I would not have purchased it. I am currently disputing the charge through my credit card company.

Quick, easy to understand. I've bought massagers for many years this is the only one I've found that woks. Deep thorough massage. I'm really impressed.

Charged twice and was good while it lasted, third charge it stopped working and won’t turn on. Useless product that lasted a few days before breaking. Emailed customer support, they requested a video and order number once sent I had no reply. Emailed multiple times to follow up and no reply. Useless product no customer service cheap product that broke after two uses.

Product hasn't arrived in 2 months even after I reached out to support team and they said they would send it out again.

Update: I now received it today 1.2.2023 after ordering on 1.12.2022 … it matches the picture… I haven’t tried it but feels great quality …. I’m so disheartened with this company … I ordered on 01.12.2022 and no gun it’s now 21.1.2023 and I have been told 1) they didn’t realise so many would order and didn’t stock enough so when it comes into stock I will get it 2) when I queried still not receiving royal mail were blamed 3) I have contacted again and no reply …

Still waiting on delivery of a product despite ordering it 3 weeks ago in December. Delivery was supposed to only take 1-2 days.

Great product, excellent communication, speedy delivery. Can't fault to date.
