Sahy is the BEST

When scrolling on my instagram I came across @hotel. At first I thought it was unreal when looking at the prices for my trip to Egypt. While booking online I was having issues finalizing my reservation. I called and spoke to Sahy. He went above and beyond to address my needs, he was extremely patient and a great listener. He is the true definition of GREAT customer service. I couldn’t be happier with his service. He even mentioned a few places to visit in Egypt since he is Egyptian. He is beyond amazing, professional, friendly and highly skilled.I appreciate this company extended working hours which are highly convenient for busy individuals like me. I was so happy with Sahy’s service that I went and booked my trip to London with him. Highly recommend this company because of Sahy. Thank you Sahy for all you do!!!

Quick customer service

@hotel service was quick, friendly and upto the mark. Only problem I thought is the communication channel, its only email. But nevertheless they are very prompt in responding and even if its taking time for resolution, there will be an acknowledgement email from someone(not automated bot) saying that they are looking into the issue and will get back soon. This is very impressive and I hope it never degrades in future, we never like to end up in situation where we just mention our problems, concerns but don’t know when will it be resolved. So atleast keep this spirit going.

Fast and on-point

After booking a hotel via @hotel (with a huge discount btw!). The customer service contacted me to check if I needed any extra help. And I asked Sara about suggestions in Pukhet. And in a second she just responded with many valuable suggestions with descriptions and links for booking from multiple websites. Fast, friendly, and just on point! Thank you!

I haven’t found a better hotel booking service

Wow. I was skeptical of this company at first, but I’m glad I took a leap of faith. I booked a hotel and saved a bunch of money and when I got there everything went smoothly and expectedly. Also the customer service is unparalleled, they were really with me every step of the way through WhatsApp. I got overcharged for hotel fees and sent @hotel a quick message and they refunded me for all of it no questions asked.

Top Notch Customer Service!!

The booking process was simple and about what one would expect from a third-party; nothing exceptional there. Rates were on par with what could be found elsewhere.

Where the 5 star review comes from was the customer service when a delayed flight caused a missed connection which led to us losing a night at one of the pricier hotels we had chosen to stay at.

Hala from the customer service department was so incredibly fast and helpful. She got things sorted out for us in a matter of hours. It was an incredibly refreshing and appreciated resolving of an issue, especially as it was in stark contrast to the nightmare that we had to deal with with United Airlines (f*** United, by the way).

Hala singlehandedly turned a nightmare first 2-3 days of a very expensive vacation into a much more palatable annoyance with just the airline company. Once more, f*** United and should anything ever go awry with a booking you make I sincerely hope you have the pleasure of getting to have Hala work with you to resolve the issue.

Good but...

Everything was good, except of the sort function in the webpage. Sometimes it doesn't work. While browsimg properties i took way too much time just because the sorting didn't work.

Great service

My first experience with athotel.com was great. I wasn't able to check-in on time and Sahy helped me with late check-in through a simple WhatsApp chat, which made it very easy for me. Everything went very smooth, Sahy even wanted to make sure if we successfully checked in. Great experience.
