Quality products at interesting prices
Have laways been satisfied with all products bought so far. Service is always prompt and the quality is above par for the price. The only aspect that worries me is indications some products are not made form fire retardant material.

Return cost too high
The boots I ordered did not fit and the quality/warmth was not suitable. Canadian size seems too small. However, what I am very unhappy about is that Canada Post charged me $21.48 for the cheapest return. About a third of the cost of the boots. I will have to rethink buying online.
