I am now putting this on your site as the branch in England can't be bothered, an absolute bunch of rubbish, not only you can't deliver the full order you can't deliver the order full stop, not only that but you take payment and nothing you say you will be in touch but nothing really poor customer service especially as I am a first time user this company stinks WHERE IS MY MONEY YOU BUNCH OF BANDITS

I returned 2 out of 5 items ordered - on 25/5 via Hermes barcode P9884290 but have not received the expected refund of £38.77. When trying to phone Customer Service over 5 weeks later I have been kept waiting several minutes each time and then been cut off. Tried to message them on their site but the send button kept revolving and not sending.

I think that they are average but I did not recover a free gift with my order. I may it may sound weird that they want a free gift but I wanted to give it to my son who I have not seen for 3 months. I made sure that I put the promo code in and I did not receive the free gift.

I need to return some items I ordered but I cannot get to speak to anyone about the fact that I do not live anywhere near a Hermes collection or returns point. I am also in a village with no transport link therefore anm not able to get to a post office. Why cant I ask for Hermes to collect the parcel from my address as they are certainly able to deliver and for other companies can collect from me?? Please advise ASAP

Been waiting for a delivery for over a week, cannot log on to account and cannot track parcel. Money was taken out of my account the day of order, and no way of contacting you.

I have found the items of clothing that i have purchased have been very good, if only they would stop giving out free gifts that dont work, i had a pedometer, it didnt work, they sent me another that didnt work, another family member had a pedometer, his didnt work either, it makes the Company look very cheap. it would be better not to give out FREE gifts, that dont work.
I will hesitate before i order again.

We ordered the wanted items and paid them with visa, after a while I checked to trace the order, to my astonishment all orders (4) including a gift from them, were not in stock. We asked them when they could be delivered, they couldn't guarantee when. We give them 10 days to comply with the notice if they couldn't deliver to refund my money at once. I got an answer that they couldn't promise that either an told me they have annulled the order and refund my money. This firms stinks, We can't understand that they even got a license to sell anyhow...anything.

Honestly, this company are awful. We ordered items on 29th November, nothing for two weeks, called to query, our order was lost. re-ordered twice. Finally arrived in January minus an out of stock item. That turned up eventually. Two months later we get threatening letters demanding we pay £5.98. God only knows what its for as we paid on original order. Emails went unanswered and calls. Finally told had to speak to debt collection company as they've no idea and account is now with them. Fair to say I'm unimpressed.

Received some of the items I had ordered but two fleeces not available. Note was confusing saying they would be sent in August 2020 but at the bottom it said it had sent 2 substitute fleeces. These were not in the parcel..

A free watch was enclosed. We paid £9.00 for a battery only to be told that the watch did not work!! Disgusting service have sent watch back and note about fleeces. Stay clear and look for the address as this company seems to keep changing its name.

Bought this item:
Men's Grey Expedition Knit Jacket with Fleece Lining, supposedly reduced from £66 to £24.95.
Very thin, not thick and warm as implied by the presence of a fleece lining.
Typical of poor quality on-line clothing sale unfortunately. Very disappointed.
Checkout process is also a bit odd and confusing - maybe as they are French. Can't face returning as they make you pay the postage. In my opinion steer clear of the seller as you will probably not be satisfied.

I have been waiting f or my gilet, but i have not received this i have been waiting,for 2 weeks,now,and now gilet, i agree with you lot it should be better for a catalaogue, company, so i shall give it, 0/0 for customer service, and none, out of none, for delivery service,, so please could you send me my gilet, at £13.95., as i am waiting for it, if it is not here in the next week, then cancel, my order and i shall c ancel, my account, completly, Thanks,,,

I ordered a coat on the 01/12/19 with no mention that it was not in stock and by the 17th December i grew impatient and cancelled the order and still waiting for repayment on the 13/01/2020

I have now been refunded

just recieved a parcel with a 36.95 coat missing and a 5.99 hat glove set substituted
contacted firm no real help cost me a fortune as it's a premier no
have e mailed but told 48hrs to answeeme

one half of items to be exchanged arrived today as promised great fit & feel on my back excellent quality realy looking foward to the final part of my order my thanks to aude & Jeremy & all concerned you are just one star away from making me a happy bunny .happy new year to all.

My dad ordered a coat and it's gone on his account 10 times, including paypal payments.

Can't get anyone to answer a phone to try and resolve the issue.

At this rate, he's going to end up all the items and down £500

Absolute joke of a company

[Edit]: Eventually got a rep on the phone and they admitted a computer issue and how it needed to handled by a manager to resolve. Needless to say, nothing has been done as orders have now progressed as ready to ship.

Emailed the company and no response as of yet....not happy and would advise not to use them based on this.

[Edit 2] As stated by the reply, all refunds where made eventually, albeit orders could not be stopped (strange as they hadn't been shipped at this point), so order had to be refused on delivery. That being said, all resolved now, albeit I doubt my dad will use them again after this.

Terrible service. My order was not delivered so I contacted them three times & each time an automated reply said they would contact me within 48 hours but didn’t!!! They have both my money & goods!
Don’t buy from this company m!!!

Sizing awful, need to order 2 sizes bigger, returns have to be paid for, and waited more than a month for my refund! Customer Service useless too, didn't even bother to let me know they had got my returns & must have e-mailed half a dozen times until I finally got my refund, would not recommend or order from this company again.

ordered garments by phone on 11th September paid by card was told order had gone through, We then received a letter to say that the card number was given incorrectly so I sent them a cheque on the 28th September.
Received letter to 29 November with a £10 penalty as the invoice had not been paid,however in between time have tried phoning three times but calls were terminated after six minuets taking their premium rate fee,wrote to them no reply cheque not cashed can only think it has been mislaid all that was required was a request a new cheque as the original was mislaid this company needs to learn about customer care also their contact form "attach file" does not work so HOW CON YOU HOLD A DIALOGUE to solve a problem will not recommend

I've ordered a jacket from this online company, and paid for the item + delivery cost, but the item has still not been delivered. I've emailed (x3) to resolve the issue to no avail. I'll escalate it with my credit card provider. DL

I ordered jacket in medium size said to fit 40inch chest.
Would easily fit 50inch chest
Returned jacket, then waited of replacemt after 3 weeks asked what was happening, they said we will post order today.
New one arrived still to large, returned same day as delivery.
3 weeks later asked when do i get full refund. Told will be in my account within 3days.
Received refund for delivery not jacket, asked why no refund was told a mistake had been made and full refund in my account in 3 days, lets see how this goes ,but not good.
