truly dreadful, ordered a jacket 10 days ago, Hermes still waiting for it, do not use this company., should be expected, a French company, rubbish, in contrast, Amazon same day delivery or next day..ooh and 14 days later Hermes are still waiting delivery to their collection point, awful company, useless

Returned a puffer jacket on the 6'10'2019 for a smaller size after umten phone calls still not received the jacket.This company should be took too court and closed down.Iam close to going down to their head office but i no i will end up. Jail,get the sorted by next week or I will but you on T V program.Mr Williams

Nobody in this company appears to have a clue, the courier Hermes is also a waste of time, it takes weeks for them to return packages & if they arrive the returns team fail to record them or update the records.
After many phone calls costing a fortune, I am still getting money demands from Atlas complete with multiple £10 Dunning charges on it & now have their final demand. This is despite them confirming by email email that I owe nothing.
I finally spoke to a "manager" who confirmed would definitely call me back last Tuesday but of course he didn't. He also said he didn't care what I put on social media about Atlas, so far I have refrained but my patience is very thin

Waited ages on the line when I got through the person on the other end put the phone down

Ordered 4 items from this company in early July and after waiting an age for delivery 3 items were sent but one was too big so returned it.
Paid up front by cheque for all of the items and they refunded for the
One item they didn't have.They then sent another jacket but it was still too big so returned again.However 6 weeks later jacket still hasn't arrived so contacted them and they have said that I have received and signed for this item.This is not true so I sent them details of the cheque so that they could trace it but now they just keep fobbing me off .They owe me money and more or less accused me of stealing a jacket.I am appalled at this ,I intend to report this to trading standards I am so upset.

What a dreadful Company. Ordered a jacket which took ages to arrive and when it did the sleeves were at least 10 inches too long, no exaggeration. Returned it for a refund and after a month still no sign of a refund via PayPal. Contacted the Atlas number which is unobtainable! So, tried to contact them by speaking with guy on the ordering line who said he could help. After a frustrating lengthy phone call, he said he’d found my account and that the money would be in my account in minutes. I reported my concerns to PAYPAL as of course, there is no refund in my PayPal account. Don’t waste your time with this Company.

In the UK so not sure if this is the right place to place review but it is the same company but avoid at all costs. Placed a order with the promise of a free watch when you input the code for the free watch it wont let you have it as its not available in the UK why then send a leaflet to households in the UK with this offer on. Chased Wednesday to say my parcel had not arrived after over a week after ordering was advised to track it. Hermes had stated they had delivered it but this is not the case. Went back to Atlas and asked them to investigate and have heard NOTHING at all shocking customer service. Have requested a refund as luckily I paid with Paypal although this has not been processed. I would advise against ordering from them at all!!!!

Never heard of this company until I received a leaflet in with a news paper, thought I would take a look, they have some really good quality clothing, have had two orders from them now and received a free gift both times, delivery is quick, pricing is great. highly recommended.

Was told on the 15th April 2019 by Gill my parcel was with Hermes well don’t believe this as our Hermes courier says not, unable to access the website to track parcel and unable to speak to anyone on the telephone (no reply from them) and they have the audacity to terminate the call my first order placed was nothing but trouble due to the call handlers error won’t be ordering again

I purchased a ladies trouser and top set. The sizing was well wrong, so I returned it via Hermes. I then sent Email to find out where refund is, and have received no response. I then called every number on the back of the invoice, and not one of them answered.Even the number which would probably cost me more than my refund, by the time they ever answer.
I buy many items mail order, and have never experienced such a lack of customer service. Never Again

I Bought a coat and after a few months the zip broke.I contacted them and was told because it is outside the 30 day returns policy then I am not entitled to an exchange or refund.Have they not heard about the sale of goods act? I WILL be taking this further.

Do not order anything from this rip off company. Ordered 3 pair of jeans and sent 1 pair back because they sent the wrong size, despite numerous e mails they fail to give me any form of answer.
I bet i will now get their standard stock reply the same as the others who have a grievance with this terrible company. I have already sent an e-mail to head company in France along with my customer number and phone 4 days ago. Told you i would get a standard stock answer. Update: Someone got in touch with me full of apologies and arranged to send me another pair of jeans the right size. Jeans came today and they are exactly the same as the original pair which is 32" Leg instead of 34" . I have given up on the company, they can keep my money and i will give my short jeans to a charity shop

Just placed another order with them. Had no problems at all. Clothes are decent quality, fairly priced and I like their styling. They have some great offers and free gifts if you take advantage of the promotions.

I have contacted this company on numerous occasions and was informed I would not have to pay postage due to their error and what a surprise £3.99 has not been refunded . If they do this with everyone think how much monies they are making.

I ordered from Atlas for men a pair of Patagonia waterproof walking boots on the 31st of October. These took over a week to arrive and one of the lace eyelet loops pulled out whilst trying on for the first time these where returned and 2 weeks later a replacement pair arrived. Now 6 weeks later they are worn out, both soles and heels, also the innersole have stectched, the uppers are splitting in over 8 places. I have tried to contact Atlas for Men,sent photos and received an email telling me my answer would be found in their FAQ. These walking boots were not fit for purpose being neither waterproof or sturdy. My number is 07716495117

Ordered ONE pair of shoes on the 21st of December, since than nothing has shown up?????

Placed an order in September, which was actually delivered within 2 weeks. All was cheap looking, but reasonable except for a couple of things: a ladies printed T shirt had a 50cm gap in the sleeve, which required finishing off with some stitching, a pair of socks had two holes, which again were sewn. The sports socks looked reasonable, but developed a hole on the third use (after 2 washes).
I advised the company of the faults on delivery, but they never even acknowledged my e mail.
I even put on a review which seems to have vanished. Would I use them again. No! If I want cheap throw away clothing, there are other companies around which are far cheaper, and indeed better quality.

I wouldn't even give 1 star only it won't let me give zero. I ordered two items 7 weeks ago and paid by cheque. They have taken the money out of my bank, still no sign of the items. I've phoned several times and each time they say the order has been processed and dispatched and nothing has arrived. Going round in circles every time, so they've robbed my money and haven't delivered any goods. Don't order from them!!!!
