An unforgettable experience for our children!

From start to finish, the Oxford summer courses were simply outstanding. From the very first online meeting with the consultant, we felt professionalism, care, and real attention to detail. The enrollment process was smooth and easy, and all communication throughout was clear, timely, and reassuring.

Once on campus, our children found a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring environment: the food was varied and well prepared, and the teachers were passionate, engaging, and always attentive. Every day was filled with new experiences, learning, and friendships, and our kids came home full of joy and eager to share every detail.

As parents, there is no greater happiness than seeing your children so motivated, fulfilled, and already looking forward to going back next year. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a special experience – this was much more than a summer course, it was a memory for life.

Overall

Overall, my experience at Oxford Summer Courses was disappointing. The CLs and welfare officers were kind and genuinely caring, but the rest of the staff could have been much friendlier. The scheduling was poor,on some nights we got it clearly in advance, but other times it wouldn’t arrive until five minutes before registration, which was frustrating and unnecessary.

Evening activities were repetitive to the point of boredom. Most nights were either movie night or sports, with little variation or creativity, which is unacceptable for the price of the program. The food at Worcester College was another major issue. I’m not a picky eater, but most meals weren’t worth eating, and nutrition didn’t seem to be considered. Too often dinner was just potatoes and meat.

My biggest frustration, though, is how misleading the “academic” label is. Over seven days, we only had 12 hours of classes. only 4/7 days are remotely academic and even on those days, you’re awake for about 15 hours, but only 3 of those are spent learning the other days are excursion days which were fun but the didn't need to be 3x a week. The rest is filled with low-effort activities. The “masterclasses” were especially disappointing — one on presentation skills was just a short slideshow with tips like “make eye contact” and “have good posture,” things we’ve all been told countless times before.

I went to Oxford Summer Courses to learn and improve academically, not to waste my time on repetitive and unhelpful activities. For the cost, effort, and promises they make, it simply isn’t worth wasting your summer on.

From the moment of registration to the end of graduation ceremony, all was so well organized and good. Our daughter, 9 yrs old loved Science and specially Enterprise Explorers. 2 weeks program is really good and enough time. Communication was very very good. Harrow school is very lovely campus. See you next year and thanks for all.

The best Two weeks of my Life.

My 2 Weeks experience in Oxford was unreal. Those were probably the best 2 weeks of my entire life, and i already miss everything about it. I met so many new people, and theres not a single person i‘d have a bad word for. Everyone was so kind, and i never felt left out. I made so many new friends, so many new connections and especially new memories i’ll always keep in my heart. All of the staffs were amazing, and they always looked out for us. They managed to feel like friends to us, but watch out for us all the time aswell. I cant wait to go back to this place one day, and reunite with all the wonderful people i’ve met. Oxfordsummercourses didnt just teach me new skills in english literature and creative writing, but also that friendship doesn’t depend on the time, when you get along. Long distance means nothing, when the Person means everything. I’ll never forget about the experiences and the memories i’ve made in those two weeks, and words cant express how THANKFUL i am, that i was a part of it and got to experience all of it with my own eyes.
Thank you Oxford Summercourses and i hopefully see you soon again!

Oxford Summer Course was amazing

Attending the Oxford Summer Course was an unforgettable experience. I had the best time. The academic side was inspiring and engaging, but what really made it special was the people and the overall atmosphere.

There were plenty of sports facilities, which made it easy to stay active and have fun between classes. We played football, basketball, and tennis regularly. While the courts and fields weren’t in perfect condition, there was a lot of space — so we never had to wait or compete for time, which was great. The vibe was super relaxed, and it was all about enjoying the moment.

And of course, punting on the river was a highlight; we splashed water on each other, and it was amazing.

Overall, it was a perfect mix of learning, socializing, and exploring. I’d 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and fun summer abroad!

My Summer at Oxford

I had a great time at Oxford Summer Courses. Everyone was very friendly, and my class was quite engaging. I think what I enjoyed the most were the Social Evening activities. The activities themselves were varied and loads of fun, and allowed us to become acquainted with the town of Oxford. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I don’t know what else to say.

Oxford course 3 review

I have been here for 2 weeks, I have really enjoyed my time so far, I have met countless amazing people, from not only the students but also the staff, i would love to be here and spend my time with them longer, It has been wonderful, I would not change a thing to be honest. But I have to say it wouldn’t be possible without the amazing group coordinators I have had, Grace, Ellie and of course Louis have made this experience amazing for us. Last but not least Group 6>>
