Excellent product
Excellent service from start to finish. Kept informed about delivery and when fitting would be done. John and Gary were very professional even though they had a couple of problems when erecting the pergola they worked out the issues and did a excellent job, also took all the rubbish and packaging away. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone 👌

Athena aluminium pergola
Easy order process, I contacted their customer service dept first just to find out how long the order & delivery process would take. After I ordered they kept me informed as to delivery dates & times. Everything came well packaged & clearly marked as to what should be opened & in which order. We built the pergola ourselves although ATM offer a service for this. It took 3 of us just over 3 hrs to fully erect & install the pergola which looks great in our garden. I actually dropped a small part inside one of the legs & ATM were happy to provide a replacement. Great product excellent customer service I would definitely recommend this company.

The product and price were fine. We did get it 'on sale', however, I always doubt that like an black Friday 'deal'...
It wasn't in stock so we needed to wait.
We were told 2 weeks for it to come in stock but only over live chat and never officially in an email.
We needed to chase for any information and updates.
The two weeks passed and it probably ran over a month in total from ordering to delivery.
We had to chase every time for an update after promised dates came and went.
ATM meh, delivery company good, product okay.

Really pleased with both the pergola…
Really pleased with both the pergola and service. Customer support team could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We went for the Neptune model (6 x3). It’s a high quality stylish product that has extended our living space into the back garden. We chose to have the pergola installed which I would recommend as there were a few challenges along the way.

I had to change my delivery date at short notice . Sophie was efficient and prompt with request and this was sorted no problem .

ATM team .. very much customer focused .
The support and going the extra mile especially as I came across a couple of problems with the electric Blinds and also the programming of the remote .
The team were always very helpful and went the extra mile to support each time I had an issue.
I need to still get a spare remote as this one still having issues but I’m sure they will resolve like they have with everything else .

Over the moon with my Zeus pergola.
I sometimes worry when buying online but ATM website was easy to use. I had a couple of questions so I called which they quickly answered and then I placed the order over the phone.
They arrived on time and were courteous, professional, friendly, and showed great attention to detail when installing the Pergola in my back garden. They showed me how to work the remote and how to use all the settings.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
