This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They want to stick u with a piece of junk. And not even try to help you out. Its awful that you pay that much for something and have it for 3 months and never get to use it cause it stays broken. And they dont wanna make it right. Just keep doing repairs and that takes forever to get done and they absolutely will not give u updates on anything. Its like a couple grand is nothing and we all should just be throwing it away

24hrs in the rain and mud but still works!

I’m with the Texas National Guard working with Border Patrol in South Texas. We just recently had about 2-3 days worth of rain and while working operations with Border Patrol r patrol during the rain one night I dropped my Blazetrek 1.6x13 640 thermal Monocular in the mud. Where it sat for about 24hrs until I was able to locate it. (The entire time being rained on) and to my surprise it works as if it just came out of the box. Really suprised to see it held up after being rained on and sitting in the mud for 24hrs.

No where near what was advertised

We bought into this 18 months ago and put $5k into it as a test to see how it performed. After many fluctuations, ATN only earned 4% growth over a total of 15 months. NOT 4% each month, but $160 profit after 15 months. Then due to their risk management protocols they lost 50% of the account in one week (likely due to martingale methods) and the fund has had zero growth since then for the past 3 months.

This was the fastest phone call yet

This was the fastest I have gotten things done, now dont get me wrong, they are usually very good. But quick to the point, careful listening on kelly's part, Asked the right questions and done. The hole thing, done in just a few minutes Excellent Thank you Kelly.

Customer Service Easy Solution

Called customer service to put in a repair ticket. Agent Kelly Prince handled my request but instead of having me ship my optic to ATN she found that the part was easily replaceable and shipped it to me. Much better solution. Thanks Kelly.

Defective blazeseeker gen 6

I just received a ATN BlazeSeeker Gen 6 on Wednesday and have spent a day and a half trying to get the unit connected to WiFi without success .
Called customer service and talked to KELLY PRINCE who was quick to realize the unit was defective and acquired a return authorization !

ATN has the best customer service

I had to call in to ATN to get a replacement piece for an item I received broken, and Kelly was a huge help. Super easy get a new one sent out and very knowledgeable. Great company and even better customer service. Thanks for your assistance Kelly!!

I had an issue with an ir850 pro…

I had an issue with an ir850 pro illuminator mount. The screws for the top ring securing the light to the mount would not fit the holes, therefore the light could not be attached to the x-sight 4k pro scope. I explained my situation to the customer service representative Ms. Kelly Prince who asked a few questions, made a few checks and informed me they had a new mount in inventory and would be sending me a new one free of charge as a courtesy. Great customer service from a company that stands behind their product after the sale. Kelly was polite, professional, and genuinely interested in my issue and making it right. Hats off to Kelly and ATN. Highly recommend

Less than satisfactory customer service

I’ve worked with many companies in the optics industry, and my recent experience with ATN was extremely disappointing. I worked with Ross E., and responses took several days. When I finally heard back, I was told they couldn’t help with my issue, and my follow-up question was ignored, leaving me without a solution and a non-functioning product.

I am disappointed. For a company selling premium optics, I expected much better customer support. Based on this experience so far, I cannot recommend ATN.
