Excellent customer service

Kelly Prince has taken great care to get my thermal scope problem resolved. Kelly and I tried to solve the scope problem over the phone, but nothing worked. Kelly promptly sent a RMA number and the scope is on it's way to ATN. I'm sure they will take care of my scope issues as well as Kelly has taken care of me.

I purchased Thor 5 LFR factory…

I purchased Thor 5 LFR factory refurbished. Figure scratch here or there no big deal. Since I got it I have had issues, zeroing is way off, wouldn't connect to ATN 5 app, distance to target has been stuck on same number, won't prompt to upgrade firmware.
I have tried every avenue possible, read all literature, on line how to video's, even signed up for a weekly training on line that there was nobody to host. Chat on line, supposed to be called twice, phone never rang, call the service line sat on hold multiple times for 20-30 minutes with no answer. Emails with only response is received from an automated server.

This was my first big jump into the thermal world, but a useless paper weight is not what i had in mind.

Guess service after the sale is non existent Kelly, whom seems to get praise on other reviews must not be there anymore.

Kelly was kind helpful and knowledgeable!

Kelly Prince was kind helpful and knowledgeable, she showed a great interest on assisting me from the beginning of our conversation and she did take care of the problem I brought up, BTW: my X Sight 5 IR Illuminator quit working during a hunting trip and Kelly sent me a replacement one for free and next day shipping free of charges also. ATN customer service and warranty is the best you can expect,

Had a issue with my ATN X-SIGHT

Had a issue with my ATN X-SIGHT. When I called them, they answered the phone right away was very courteous, helpful and educational. We determined it was my I r light.That was the issue for night vision and they upgraded me free of charge

ATN Chamberlain customer service review

I called in and talked to Kelly Prince…

I called in and talked to Kelly Prince who issued my RMA. I have a 3.5 year old Thor LT 5-10x that isn't operating as it was when it was new. Since you can't upgrade the firmware and the scope was out of warranty, I figured I was out of luck. Kelly walked me through the process and quickly got my RMA order processed. Friendly and fast!

Great product

I want to first say Kelly prince has been a wonderful help with a few things. I needed help with. Great customer service, very helpful, quick responding back. She has made everything really easy.

I also love this scope if you are looking for one. I have no issues. Everything is exactly like they described

ATN Customer Service

Hi there, I just wanted to share my experience with ATN. I have recently purchased some items from them. The X-Sight 4K Pro being one. I am very impressed overall with this scope. ATN'S products are much better than I expected ! I did have 1 minor issue. So I called customer service, and was blown away by how quick and easy the process was. Kelly Prince was the representative I spoke to. OUTSTANDING is the only word that comes to mind ! Polite, professional, and she handled my issue immediately. I could not be more pleased.
