Ms. Prince was very courteous, nice and helpful. She took the time to explain all of my options and let me make my choices. She never pressured me to do anything. She was very knowledgeable and I left pleased with my experience. This kind of customer service experience brings customers back.

Excellent technical analysis with working to try and get my remote to work. Service with your company is outstanding but you might want to follow up with your manufacturers. Once I get a product that works it’s great but had a few that needed replacing.
