Turned up without car seat, never again
The only reason to use this company over an uber or bolt (as you're paying 3x the cost) is if you have a specific requirement of the taxi. I needed a car seat for my young baby so had no other option. The driver turned up and said he knew nothing about the car seat and so we had to make a decision to either miss our morning flight and pay to rebook for 3 people or risk the motorway journey holding a young infant.
No refund given (oh, a €5 euro refund offered for the cost of the car seat, not good enough). I had to put my baby's life at risk which I could have done in an uber for 1/3 cost if I were so inclined. I will never book through this company again, what's the point when you risk not getting the service you paid for ? I see another reviewer had a similar experience. Too risky.
Update: the excuse that 'the journey was completed' is not good enough to me. If I was told to put the baby in the boot or strap him to the roof, would my journey still be completed? The service I booked was for SAFE travel to the airport and that service was not provided.

We’re truly sorry you were put in this situation. This is not the standard we expect, and we’re addressing the issue internally to understand what happened and help prevent it from happening again.
Having reviewed your case more closely, we’d also like to clarify the compensation offered. As the transfer itself was completed, the journey fare isn’t refundable. The child seat is a separately paid extra. Therefore, our support team emailed you offering a full refund of the €5 child-seat charge, together with an additional €30 voucher. We haven’t received a response to that email yet.
We apologise once again that this happened and don’t want you to feel that we’re avoiding the issue. We genuinely want to resolve this in the best possible way. Please reply to our support team so we can continue working towards a resolution.
