Very polite and helpful person

Very helpfull. We arived 30 minutes before flightplan. He was allready there! During the ride we got lots of tips for Lissabon and other parts of portugal!

We had a ride from airport with Hamed Mohhamadi. Everything was excellent! He was in time and send me the meeting place very clear. He was very polite and gave us some advices what to see and do in Brussel. Thank you so much for good and professional service!

Our flight had more than an hour delay but he waited for us

Our driver met us, and drove safely and quickly to our destination helping us to load and unload. The car was clean and well driven

Diffrent driver to what was confirmed. Not the car I selected. Driver was very erratic. Holding her phone and on conversations the entire journey.

As a result of that I cancelled my return booking and went elsewhere. Would not use AtoB again based on this

Pre-booked airport transfers with the added extra of an infant car seat in Montenegro. Neither driver, on outbound or inbound journeys, showed up with the seat. With no alternative options, had no choice but to take the nearly two hour journeys each way with a 16 week old baby on my lap. First driver drove dangerously to the point my baby was thrown forward due to harsh braking. Second driver was friendly and apologetic but still no car seat. I confirmed the car seat with the company at least four times in advance so felt very let down.

When attempting to resolve this, AtoB refused a refund beyond £4.50 for the car seat on the first trip and disbelieved that the car seat was missing on the second trip because the driver said he provided it (which he didn't). My baby's safety was put at significant risk and the company broke Montenegrin Traffic Safety Laws.

Avoid if travelling with a baby or child.

AtoB were good at resolving problems. Our journey on arrival was effortless but our journey home although booked on 17.2.2026 was cancelled at the last minute due to an administrative error that was later correct.

I booked an airport pickup specifically so we could have reliable transport immediately after landing. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up. We waited for 25 minutes at the agreed location with no sign of the driver.

We tried calling the number provided, but no one answered. We also reached out via online chat and received no response. No one contacted us to explain the delay or arrange an alternative vehicle.

What made this even worse is that the system later marked the trip as completed and asked me to leave feedback, even though the service was never provided.

I also had a return transfer booked, which now raises serious concerns about reliability.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not what I expected from a company of this size. I am currently waiting for a resolution and a full refund.

Halil was accommodating and relatable. AtoB modified an existing tour they offered to meet our needs

The driver contacted me in advance with detailed instructions about the meeting point at the airport. He was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a sign. He was very helpful with suitcases and securing our baby in the baby seat.
