Both journeys ran very smoothly
Transport arrived on time for both our outgoing and return journey. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly. I needed to change my pick up time the day before, this was easy to do and the company accommodated this.

Unprofessional and uncaring
I made a booking while i was in Sarajevo and at the last minute the company sent an email to cancel it. I was left in so much inconvenience and stress as they cancelled at night for the next morning. Just imagine I hadn't checked my emails? I have since sent a complaint and I've had no response despite chasing them up about this complaint several times. Avoid these guys!
As you can see the company has answered this review but still not answered my complaint.

Amazing stress free service…
Booked last minute for pick up from Devin castle to BTS Airport in Bratislava, Andrei our driver contacted me with details on the best place for a collection point the night before, he texted again next morning to ensure we were still ok, then when he was at the pick up point.
His car was spotless clean with nice air conditioning to cool us down, and got us to the airport stress free.

Very easy to book, with option to request language of driver, which is helpful. Used twice in the same trip, both drivers on time and very polite, friendly and helpful. Good, clear communication from email and WhatsApp . Will use again.

Our driver was a no show
Our driver was booked to take us to the airport, but was a no show. The online chat was slow to respond with a solution and there was no helpline number to call them on.
Luckily, 45 minutes later, the driver who originally met us from the airport was able to come and rescue us (again).
Thiago and Carlos are brilliant and hopefully you get either one of those drivers when in Lisbon!

Booked and paid for a ride. Driver didn’t show up.
Booked and paid for a ride to the airport, got a driver assigned and on the day the driver never showed up. No one responded to my messages. We had to get an alternative ride, stressed about potentially missing our flight. AtoB reached out later and reimbursed us (obviously) but I won’t be booking their services again.
