I was told by my investment company to…
I was told by my investment company to download an Atomic Wallet. After doing so and registered over $100k was put in my wallet. I tried to withdraw but to no avail. I was then introduced to the support of Atomic via email. I paid them to transfer to my wallet that never happen, I was charged for it to be sent to my account. I paid it, that never happened either. Now, they send Visa card and yet again they wanted me to pay another fee. This to me is a scam. Has anyone ever encounter this with them before.

What you described is not how Atomic Wallet works. Atomic Wallet never deposits funds for users, never asks for payments to “unlock,” transfer, withdraw, or issue cards, and never requests fees by email. This sounds like a fraudulent third party impersonating Atomic Wallet, often linked to fake investment companies.
Please stop all payments immediately. Do not trust balances shown outside the official app. Contact the real Atomic Wallet support only at support@atomicwallet.io so we can explain how to secure your wallet and what steps to take next.
This wallet finally turned into SCAM…
This wallet finally turned into SCAM for me. Several balances worth of hundrets EUR disappeared including BNB coin. I only run this wallet once per months to check balances and do update directly via wallet gui.
My BNB balance is zero now and there is also no evidence of previous transactions. I am going to take all remaining balances out of this unreliable project :-(

Very poorly run company
I was advised to put some money into this wallet to keep it safe, (60,000 USD) Atomic wallet sent me a message that I will have to pay 2000 to change my money to Canadian Funds up front! I will never pay any company more money to transfer money to Canadian Funds when they are already holding 60,000 USD of my money!
I have checked back with the company that recommended Atomic Wallet and they confirmed that this is common practise for Atomic Wallet. They should have warned me before we put this money in Atomic Wallet. This is a VERY POORLY RUN COMPANY. No communication, just demands for money and blaming Fraudsters when I complained!

Don't use it, the updates are garbage, the swap will steal your money to.
They stole my money from swapping, refused to refund it and I eventually reported to FTC.

My opinion about Atomic Wallet Team
Atomic Wallet team are so responsible. This is so good that they respond without delay, and they are always available 24/7, even for people who live in different time zones. I had a problem with my swap and received my funds not in 4 hours, but in 5 minutes. I'm very glad that Atomic Wallet exists, it has benefits for everyone in any country, especially for people who live in poor and restricted countries where they can't use credit card to buy crypto or they have little amounts of money to buy crypto.
This was my experience.
Atomic Wallet Team definitely deserves 5 stars.

Even the link they give is not working
They gave me a link to solve my problem . When using the link the only message O get is that an error occurred the server name could not be found . Once again I am strongly advising anybody out there . Do not use the services from Atomic they will scam you and tell you it is your mistake etc…..
