The wallet itself needs a huge upgrade and is also very inconsistent with how it functions through usage. The staking is also pretty wonky and needs updating. Being a user of this wallet since 2020, I... See more

Look at all the 1 star reviews. Thousands of users suffered a major incident on 2nd June 2023. The company has provided zero updates to users as to the so called "investigation" they are doing. They actively ban any user that mentions it on any social media
SIMPLY AVOID AND USE ANY OTHER WALLET

I would like to thank David for answering the questions I asked, instead of sending me a standard answer. (It's like writing to a robot.) Flemming Larsen. Denmark 5 BIG STARS FOR IT. 👍🏼👍🏼

On June 3, 2023, approximately $51,000 worth of my cryptocurrency was stolen due to issues related to this company’s platform/security. Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has never compensated me for the loss or taken responsibility.
What is even more concerning is that instead of addressing the problem transparently, the company blocked all affected users (including myself) on their social media channels, effectively silencing victims and avoiding accountability.
This experience shows a complete lack of customer support, responsibility, and transparency. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Poor customer support! Not ideal for coin staking or trading . I have carefully mentioned a more effective #choice in my #user #photos .
#Simply amazing and quick pay .

It's a scam. Customer service doesn't reply. Transferring your crypto leads to 'loss' of them: the money dissappears most likely to Atomic itself. Beware especially for the people who want you to let you use Atomic.

I am missing 800 staking coins and have attempted to ask for help for over a week but no response. I can’t send other coins and they basically robbed me and won’t respond. Worst experience of any wallet yet!! B

Although I don’t have a wallet with Atomic, I was contacted by what turns out to be a scammer trying to coerce me into opening a phoney Atomic wallet. I was smart enough to Google Atomic Wallet, contact them via their official email and ask them directly about this incident. They responded quickly advising me that this was a scammer’s technique and to avoid at all costs. Thanks to the Atomic Wallet team for keeping me on the straight and narrow. Cheers!

Great wallet that I've been using for over 4 years, there are some issues with certain chains sometimes but with such a outstanding customer service every single problem I had over the years was solved promptely and with clear and wide guidance. Very happy with the service and the wallet itself!
