Great bag, excellent customer service
The bag arrived today and is clearly put together with excellent workmanship and design. Should hold up well through years of use.
The only thing which may be better than their bag was their customer service. I had questions about the tote and emailed back and forth with Cristian several times and was impressed by his promptness and helpfulness.
I recommend both their product and the people that stand behind it without hesitation. Thanks, will order again.

I am very impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the bag. Shipping cost were expensive but the product is worth more then it is priced so I gladly paid for the shipping cost. Was an express shipping service so the 20€ were okay. Ordered Monday morning, delivered Wednesday morning.
