Terrible customer service
Terrible service, when I ordered online the site said that a confirmation would be sent to my email, which never was. Tried calling them the next day, no response on phone. Emailed them and got an answer 24 hours later that the order had been shipped. Over a week later and still the tracking ID showed that the package had not been delivered to the courier. Tried contacting Atredo support again by mail but got no response. Contacted the company Atredo used ( cykelpartner.dk ) and managed to speak to someone who confirmed there was a problem and would reship a new item ( which I found strange rather than follow up on the supposedly shipped one ). Asked to get an email confirmation but I'm sure you can guess how that went ..... First and last time I will use Atredo, customer support is useless, and you get the felling nobody nobody cares.
