Terrible Customer Support

Customer service does nothing to help you, and some are just genuinely incompetent. The system is clunky and far more manual than it should be. In my experience, Interparcel works, as long as you do the work, dont require any assistance, and dont question fraudulent extra charges. The only time you will get acceptable service is when they take your money.

David was excellent in every aspect of his customer service. His patience in assisting me with my queries was fantastic and he made the process so easy for me, for which I am very grateful.
It is quite rare these days to find people that go above and beyond, and David is definitely one of those.

My very first experience with David was excellent

My very first experience with Interparcel and I was fortunate enough to be helped through the process. He was very patient, polite and a delight to talk to. He certainly know what the company is about and how to handle customers. Will recommend interparcel to everyone that need this kind of service. Thankyou

Great service

I had a great experience with the service agent David at Interparcel. They were very helpful in assisting me with arranging my shipment and provided clear, detailed guidance throughout the process.

I especially appreciated the additional information shared, which made it much easier for me to understand and complete the shipment smoothly. Their support was prompt, professional, and efficient.

David in Customer Service was fantastic to deal with. I had an issue with an overseas carrier that required cancellation and refund. David was able to process this efficiently and professionally.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I can't begin to explain in enough detail the level of "who gives a shit" I felt from this company. And how much of an inconvenience I am that when my parcel wasn't picked up on Tuesday, that why am I calling Wednesday, Thursday and finally cancelling it on Friday and requesting a refund because it still hasn't been picked up.

David was amazing!

He was so fast, efficient and patient with me. It took him less than 3 minutes to find all my orders' locations, reschedule new couriers, and submit new claims.

Swift and concise responses about our parcel and giving up to date information regarding its whereabouts was incredibly satisfactory. The only thing that we could mention was there was a period of silence where Interparcel stated they were checking to see if the delivery had gone through but no other confirmation came back. Eventually the customer themselves personally confirmed it had been received in full. And only then, a few weeks later did we receive an Interparcel email stating it had been finalised, alongside a POD. Unsure what occurred in the back-end but I had faith that it had been delivered, but we were just left in the dark regarding a true confirmation.

I seemed to have a lot of technical…

I seemed to have a lot of technical issues with printing labels which is frustrating. Out of Customer Service Officers only 1 truly did (Adi) what I needed them to do and didn't just put it in the too hard basket.
First time using the platform and I'm not sure it is worth the stress. Will wait and see from end result.
Full 5 stars for Adi's assistance!
